新城金礦污水處理廠設(shè)施布置設(shè)計(jì)研究

   Mineral resources are the material foundation of human civilization,and mines throughout the production process produce large amounts of waste water,waste water discharged from the place of stope,dressing to the tailings and living areas,without processing or processing standards will result in soil surface water and underground water pollution,causing serious damage to the mine environment,the growth of animals and plants and human health adverse impact.But the shortage of water resources has become one of the key reasons which restrict the sustainable development of social economy,so the sewage treatment and reuse of wastewater has attracted much attention.At present,the world is paying more attention to the construction of sewage treatment plant,is through a variety of technical means,to further improve the quality,efficiency and automation of sewage treatment sewage treatment process.In the process of construction of wastewater treatment plant,wastewater treatment facilities layout design as an important work of plant construction,its quality directly affects the entire wastewater treatment of logistics,information flow,production capacity and technological process,flexibility,efficiency,cost and safety aspects of facility layout good,should be all factors influencing the facility layout are taken into account,so that the material handling cost is reduced to a minimum,so that the efficiency of process improvement,reasonably full and effective use of regional space,and as far as possible due to bring various factors change layout changes into consideration,to extend and adjust to facilitate future.Therefore,how to do well the facility layout design of wastewater treatment plant is very important.This paper around the Xincheng Gold mine wastewater treatment.plant facility layout were studied,taking Xincheng Gold mine wastewater treatment renovation project and tailings backwater system system as a case study,combined with the existing conditions,status of sewage treatment plant in Xincheng Gold Mine and put forward the question,to solve the problem,the main use of SLP system analysis,based on the sewage treatment method of data analysis,each operating unit logistics mutual relationship analysis and comprehensive relationship analysis,through the analysis of drawing activity position relationship graph,with each operating unit area draw the relevant map area,and then consider the actual layout of influence factors of sewage treatment plant,sewage treatment plant facility layout drawing up the design scheme,then has carried on the analysis and comparison 'of quantitative and'qualitative to layout and by using the weighted factor comparison method to carry on comprehensive evaluation to the scheme,put forward relevant Xincheng Gold mine wastewater treatment system facilities layout planning and design of optimal solution.This paper aims to taking Xincheng Gold Mine sewage treatment system upgrade project as a case study,the facility layout with layout design system theory,according to the system layout design in the application of plant facility layout design of wastewater treatment,will explore the various management methods applied in the project practice,break through the SLP is commonly used in industrial manufacturing workshop practice,expand the SLP theory methods in the application range of industrial facilities layout,the traditional method at the same time in the facility layout of the sewage treatment plant to break through on the qualitative analysis and the combination of personal experience,method of generation with quantitative analysis and system layout design,combined with the sewage treatment plant facility layout requirements for the application of perfecting the theory in the practice,the reasonable processing related data and provide the beneficial exploration and the reference for the facility planning layout of sewage treatment plants or similar items.

??規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)是指從工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)流程上講,設(shè)施規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)貫竣工始終。狹義的設(shè)施規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)是為生產(chǎn)或服務(wù)系統(tǒng)合理配或擴(kuò)建的生產(chǎn)或服務(wù)系統(tǒng),綜合考慮相關(guān)因素,進(jìn)行分析、規(guī)理配置資源,使系統(tǒng)能夠有效運(yùn)行,達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo)的一門(mén)學(xué)科與設(shè)計(jì)一般是指,以企業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)布局為研究對(duì)象,從探討企業(yè)平面布置設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)及原則,著重研究設(shè)計(jì)方法與設(shè)計(jì)、物流、信息流得到最科學(xué)、合理、經(jīng)濟(jì)、有效的配置和安排,現(xiàn)以最少的投入獲得最大收益的目標(biāo)。??劃與設(shè)計(jì)的研究范圍??從工業(yè)工程角度上分為場(chǎng)址選擇和設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)兩部分。設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)、公用工程設(shè)計(jì)及信息通信設(shè)計(jì)五部分組成,組成圖所示。??——場(chǎng)(廠)址選擇??
