流通網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃中信息管理機(jī)制建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃側(cè)重選址和配送路徑的最優(yōu)化,該類型的研究沒有考慮物流需求者的信息成本。市場經(jīng)濟(jì)中不完全信息的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景使得部分信息傳遞成本高的需求者通常不在初期的網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃中,因此需要通過交易平臺(tái)、政府等組織實(shí)現(xiàn)物流信息共享,從而擴(kuò)大網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃潛在的服務(wù)對象。而實(shí)時(shí)的需求信息處理技術(shù)可以規(guī)劃出合理的動(dòng)態(tài)配送路徑,提升整個(gè)流通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)營效率,因此,在信息技術(shù)的支持下應(yīng)該建立開放且動(dòng)態(tài)的流通服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
