物流園區(qū)功能設施設計研究

【摘要】:隨著電子商務及快遞物流業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,倉庫的需求量逐年增大,早期建設的傳統(tǒng)倉儲設施已不能適應現(xiàn)代物流的需求,大量的新型物流園區(qū)正在各地規(guī)劃、設計、建造。但是,有關(guān)物流園區(qū)設計的規(guī)范、資料卻比較稀少和陳舊,使得建筑師面對物流園區(qū)設計任務時,抓不住要點,甚至無從下手。因此,有必要對物流園區(qū)功能設施設計進行系統(tǒng)性研究。本文圍繞不同類型物流園區(qū)的兩個共有核心功能“儲存”和“運輸”,從建筑和交通兩個方面,論述了物流園區(qū)功能設施設計的理論和方法。首先,通過分析物流園區(qū)的基本概念、物流園區(qū)的功能、物流園區(qū)的分類,總結(jié)出不同類型物流園區(qū)的共有核心功能。接下來,論述了物流園區(qū)建筑功能設施設計的理論和方法,包括倉庫設計、站臺設計、倉庫輔助辦公用房設計。隨后論述了物流園區(qū)交通功能設施設計的理論和方法,包括通路設計、停車場設計、地面設計。最后通過實證研究,使理論與實踐相結(jié)合,論證了設計理論的正確性和實用性。本文在研究過程中,主要運用了文獻資料引證法、系統(tǒng)分析法、歸納總結(jié)法和實地調(diào)研法等多種研究方法。通過研究,使我們對物流園區(qū)功能設施設計有了更清晰、更系統(tǒng)的認識,這些研究成果必將對物流園區(qū)設計起到重要的指導作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic commerce and express logistics industry, the demand of warehouse is increasing year by year. The traditional storage facilities built in the early period can not meet the demand of modern logistics. A large number of new logistics parks are being planned, designed and built all over the place. However, the information about the design of logistics park is scarce and obsolete, which makes the architect unable to grasp the key points when facing the task of logistics park design. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out systematic research on the design of functional facilities in logistics park. This paper focuses on two common core functions of different types of logistics parks "storage" and "transportation", and discusses the theory and method of the design of functional facilities in logistics parks from the aspects of architecture and transportation. Firstly, by analyzing the basic concept of logistics park, the function of logistics park and the classification of logistics park, the common core functions of different types of logistics park are summarized. Then, the paper discusses the theory and method of building functional facilities design in logistics park, including warehouse design, platform design, warehouse auxiliary office room design. Then it discusses the theory and method of traffic function design in logistics park, including access design, parking lot design and ground design. Finally, the correctness and practicability of design theory are demonstrated by combining theory with practice. In the course of the research, this paper mainly uses many kinds of research methods, such as document citation, systematic analysis, induction and summary, field investigation and so on. Through the research, we have a clearer and more systematic understanding of the logistics park functional facilities design, these research results will certainly play an important role in guiding the logistics park design.
