【摘要】：近幾年,隨著人口老齡化的加深、社會(huì)保障水平和居民購(gòu)買(mǎi)能力的提升,我國(guó)藥品市場(chǎng)迅速增長(zhǎng)。為了提高自身的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,醫(yī)藥企業(yè)降低成本、縮短交貨期,進(jìn)一步提高客戶(hù)服務(wù)質(zhì)量,同時(shí)也對(duì)自身的物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)提出了更高的要求。本文以R制藥企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)R制藥企業(yè)的物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)施選址問(wèn)題進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用研究,使其物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)在能夠支持未來(lái)五年的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的前提下,維持客戶(hù)服務(wù)水平的同時(shí)使物流成本最小化。本文首先對(duì)R制藥企業(yè)物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)施選址設(shè)計(jì)的需求進(jìn)行全面分析,深入了解R制藥企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)、分銷(xiāo)渠道及物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)R制藥企業(yè)物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)的問(wèn)題及瓶頸進(jìn)行分析,提出了解決問(wèn)題的思路;其次,結(jié)合R制藥企業(yè)的需求確定物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu);采用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方式,先用模糊綜合分析法對(duì)R制藥企業(yè)物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)施潛在選址位置進(jìn)行初步設(shè)計(jì),隨后在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了P-中值改進(jìn)數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過(guò)excel軟件對(duì)不同情境進(jìn)行模擬求解并對(duì)結(jié)果比較分析,確定最優(yōu)化的物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)選址設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)方案;最后,對(duì)物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)施選址方案進(jìn)行實(shí)施設(shè)計(jì),確定分倉(cāng)的實(shí)施順序及運(yùn)作模式,闡述了分倉(cāng)實(shí)施不同階段的任務(wù)及項(xiàng)目實(shí)施后的預(yù)期結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of aging population, the level of social security and the ability of residents to purchase, the drug market in China is growing rapidly. In order to improve their market competitiveness, pharmaceutical enterprises reduce costs, shorten delivery time, further improve the quality of customer service, but also put forward higher requirements for their own logistics and distribution network. In this paper, R pharmaceutical enterprises as the research object, R pharmaceutical enterprises logistics distribution network location design and application research, so that its logistics distribution network can support the next five years of business development premise, Maintain customer service level while minimizing logistics costs. In this paper, the requirements of location design of R pharmaceutical enterprises' logistics distribution network facilities are analyzed, and the business, distribution channels and logistics distribution network status of R pharmaceutical enterprises are deeply understood. This paper analyzes the problems and bottlenecks of R pharmaceutical enterprises' logistics distribution network, and puts forward some ideas to solve the problems. Secondly, according to the needs of R pharmaceutical enterprises to determine the network structure of logistics distribution; With the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the potential location of logistics distribution network facilities in R pharmaceutical enterprises is designed by fuzzy comprehensive analysis method, and then a P- median improved mathematical model is proposed. Excel software is used to simulate and solve different situations and the results are compared and analyzed to determine the optimal design scheme of logistics distribution network location facilities. Finally, the implementation design of the logistics distribution network facility location scheme is carried out, and the implementation sequence and operation mode of the sub-warehouse are determined, and the tasks in different stages of the sub-warehouse implementation and the expected results after the project implementation are expounded.
