【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著信息技術(shù)的大力發(fā)展,企業(yè)為增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,不斷通過(guò)信息化的技術(shù)提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)與管理水平。ERP作為當(dāng)前先進(jìn)的企業(yè)管理理論,成為了提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有力條件,其通過(guò)對(duì)資金流與物流、信息流的統(tǒng)一管理,使企業(yè)的現(xiàn)有成本可以得到有效的調(diào)配,從而得到最大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。實(shí)時(shí)收集企業(yè)信息,對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行有效的事前預(yù)算與事中控制。目前,我國(guó)大多數(shù)企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)仍舊處于信息孤島,無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)與其他業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同合作,為加強(qiáng)企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理水平,實(shí)施ERP財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)則成為必然。本文以中國(guó)信達(dá)資產(chǎn)管理公司為研究對(duì)象,選取中潤(rùn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有限責(zé)任公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“中潤(rùn)發(fā)展”)為中國(guó)信達(dá)旗下的子公司作為具體事例。從信達(dá)財(cái)務(wù)平臺(tái)二期項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行中的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),重點(diǎn)針對(duì)Oracle EBS在財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)上的實(shí)施,以及結(jié)合在項(xiàng)目中實(shí)際參與的工作,具體描述項(xiàng)目從“需求分析與調(diào)研——系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵配置——系統(tǒng)實(shí)施——系統(tǒng)測(cè)試”在工作過(guò)程中的參與情況,分步驟闡述出在中潤(rùn)發(fā)展子公司財(cái)會(huì)平臺(tái)二期項(xiàng)目中,此次EBS R12軟件在財(cái)務(wù)管理上實(shí)施的必要步驟及其重點(diǎn),關(guān)鍵模塊的設(shè)置以及配置進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,直到項(xiàng)目上線,團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)入后期運(yùn)維,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)哪些有不同實(shí)施過(guò)程。以及項(xiàng)目結(jié)束后Oracle EBS R12在中潤(rùn)發(fā)展中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用能夠達(dá)到的效果進(jìn)行闡述。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)是中潤(rùn)發(fā)展的財(cái)務(wù)管理人員可以使用該系統(tǒng)順利實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)財(cái)務(wù)核算、財(cái)務(wù)分析、內(nèi)部控制,規(guī)范業(yè)務(wù)與財(cái)務(wù)管理。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, enterprises improve their management and management level through information technology in order to enhance their competitiveness. ERP is the current advanced theory of enterprise management. Through the unified management of capital flow, logistics and information flow, the existing cost of enterprises can be effectively allocated and the maximum economic benefit can be obtained. Collect enterprise information in real-time, carry on effective budget and control in advance to the business activity of the enterprise. At present, the financial system of most enterprises of our country is still in the information isolated island, unable to realize the cooperation with other business systems. In order to strengthen the financial management level of the enterprise, it is inevitable to implement the ERP financial system. This paper takes China Cinda Asset Management Company as the research object, and selects China run Economic Development Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongrun Development") as the specific example of China Cinda's subsidiary company. Based on the actual situation of the second phase project of Cinda Financial platform, the emphasis is put on the implementation of Oracle EBS in the financial management system and the actual participation in the project. This paper describes the participation of the project in the working process of "requirement Analysis and Research-system key configuration-system implementation-system Test", and expounds the second phase of the project in the second phase of the financial accounting platform of Zhongrun's subsidiary company. This EBS R12 software in the financial management implementation of the necessary steps and their focus, key module settings and configuration to be applied, until the project line, the team into the late operation and maintenance, which can be implemented in different implementation processes. And after the end of the project Oracle EBS R 12 in the development of the actual application of the results can be achieved. The final goal is that the financial managers can use the system to realize financial accounting, financial analysis, internal control, business and financial management.
