【摘要】：生產(chǎn)物流直接影響企業(yè)的產(chǎn)出率。針對(duì)某汽車公司不能按期交貨的問題,通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程的涂裝工序是影響整體效益的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。物料從進(jìn)入涂裝車間開始,依次經(jīng)過前處理、噴涂、檢查、烘干和暫存等5道工序,根據(jù)各工序目前作業(yè)情況,應(yīng)用Witness軟件建模并仿真,運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,涂裝過程的噴涂是整個(gè)物流的瓶頸環(huán)節(jié)。汽車經(jīng)常會(huì)有多種顏色噴涂,但目前只有一條生產(chǎn)線,從而產(chǎn)生了噴涂等待時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)、物料往復(fù)搬運(yùn)等問題。針對(duì)該問題,決定在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)通過再增加兩條噴涂生產(chǎn)線來解決,并建立新的Witness模型。結(jié)果顯示,生產(chǎn)線運(yùn)行中的堵塞現(xiàn)象得到明顯改善,汽車涂裝的平均時(shí)間從100min減少到88.5min。將此改善方案應(yīng)用在企業(yè)中,汽車的月產(chǎn)量從1 000臺(tái)提高到1 250臺(tái),為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Production logistics directly affects the productivity of enterprises. In view of the problem that a certain automobile company can not deliver the goods on time, through field investigation and analysis, it is found that the coating process of the production process is the key link that affects the overall benefit. Starting from entering the painting workshop, the materials are processed by five processes, such as pre-treatment, spraying, inspection, drying and temporary storage. According to the current working conditions of each process, the Witness software is used to model and simulate the material. The results show that, The spraying of coating process is the bottleneck of the whole logistics. Cars often have a variety of color spray, but at present there is only one production line, resulting in long spray waiting time, material handling and other problems. In order to solve this problem, it is decided to add two more spray lines to solve the problem and establish a new Witness model. The results show that the blockage of the production line is obviously improved and the average time of automobile painting is reduced from 100min to 88.5min. Applying this improvement scheme to enterprises, the monthly output of automobile is increased from 1 000 to 1 250, which has created good economic benefits for the enterprise.
