A公司車間精益化管理流程研究

【摘要】:伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、全球一體化趨勢(shì)的進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng),企業(yè)人力成本持續(xù)提高,生產(chǎn)的原材料的價(jià)格也不斷增長(zhǎng),這些都要求企業(yè)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)高效運(yùn)作。沈陽A企業(yè)第二車間是A公司的精密部件制造車間,特別是近幾年由于原材料價(jià)格上升,員工人力成本增長(zhǎng),特別是同質(zhì)企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈等一系列因素,導(dǎo)致A公司第二車間從2010年起利潤(rùn)率下降。A公司作為一個(gè)制造企業(yè),公司需要通過產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提高,資源優(yōu)化配置等創(chuàng)新實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)步。 論文首先分析了精益管理思想的來源、特點(diǎn)論述,并在精益思想的前提下,對(duì)第二車間的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,包括對(duì)第二車間生產(chǎn)線、產(chǎn)品效率、成本、物流等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,特別是對(duì)第二車間當(dāng)前生產(chǎn)效率較低,庫存較多等問題,運(yùn)用精益思想進(jìn)行改造,分析實(shí)行精益生產(chǎn)的可能性和可行性。第二,論文在精益理論的指導(dǎo)下,從A公司第二車間的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),選擇適合精益化改造的第二車間HTC項(xiàng)目,研究如何實(shí)施車間的布局改造,物流的改造,全員質(zhì)量管理等方面進(jìn)行精益化改造。對(duì)沈陽A公司第二車間的精益化改造,可以有效減少浪費(fèi),提高生產(chǎn)效率。第三,論文對(duì)沈陽A公司第二車間如何進(jìn)行精益化改造制定了具體的改造措施,對(duì)改造過程中可能遇到的阻礙進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。 在論文的整體機(jī)構(gòu)上,論文共有五部分,第一部分是緒論部分,主要介紹文章的研究背景、研究意義,寫作方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn);第二部分是文章的第二章,是精益生產(chǎn)的理論的論述;第三部分是文章的第三章,主要對(duì)A公司第二車間的精益化改造的影響因素進(jìn)行分析;第四部分是文章的第四章和第五章,主要通過案例分析,對(duì)A公司第二車間的精益化改造的過程進(jìn)行論述;最后一部分是文章的結(jié)論,對(duì)文章進(jìn)行總結(jié)。論文以沈陽A公司第二車間的精益化改造過程為研究對(duì)象,具有實(shí)用性和可操作性,目的是為A公司大范圍實(shí)施精益管理,,以及其他制造業(yè)實(shí)施精益管理提供借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Along with the economic globalization, the further strengthening of the global integration trend, the enterprise human cost continues to increase, the price of raw materials is also increasing, which requires enterprises to achieve efficient operation. The second workshop of Shenyang A Enterprise is the precision parts manufacturing workshop of A Company, especially due to a series of factors such as the increase of raw material price, the increase of employee labor cost, especially the increasingly fierce competition among homogeneous enterprises in recent years. As a manufacturing enterprise, A Company needs to improve its product quality and optimize the allocation of resources. This paper first analyzes the source and characteristics of lean management thought, and analyzes the current situation of the second workshop under the premise of lean thought, including the second workshop production line, product efficiency, cost, logistics and other indicators. Especially in the second workshop, the present production efficiency is low, the inventory is large, and so on. The possibility and feasibility of lean production are analyzed by using lean thought. Secondly, under the guidance of lean theory, this paper starts from the present situation of the second workshop of company A, selects the second workshop HTC project suitable for lean transformation, and studies how to carry out the layout transformation and logistics transformation of the workshop. All staff quality management and other aspects of lean transformation. The lean transformation of the second workshop of Shenyang A Company can effectively reduce waste and improve production efficiency. Thirdly, the paper formulates the concrete measures of how to carry out lean transformation in the second workshop of Shenyang A Company, and predicts the obstacles that may be encountered in the process of transformation. In the whole organization of the thesis, there are five parts in the thesis. The first part is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the research background, research significance, writing method and innovation; The second part is the second chapter of the article, is the theory of lean production, the third part is the third chapter of the article, mainly analyzes the impact factors of lean transformation in the second workshop of A company. The fourth part is the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter of the article, mainly through the case analysis, discusses the process of lean transformation of the second workshop of A company; the last part is the conclusion of the article, summarizes the article. This paper takes the lean transformation process of the second workshop of Shenyang A Company as the research object, which has practicability and maneuverability. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for A Company to implement Lean Management on a large scale and other manufacturing industries to implement Lean Management.
