基于RFID技術(shù)的離散型產(chǎn)品物流系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)是實(shí)現(xiàn)信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的基礎(chǔ)技術(shù),,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)實(shí)地進(jìn)行快速而準(zhǔn)確的信息采集和處理技術(shù)。是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)用來(lái)降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高物流自動(dòng)化程度,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)管理信息共享功能和完善企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要技術(shù)支持和手段。無(wú)線射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)非常適用于離散型裝配線,能夠滿足離散型裝配線對(duì)物流系統(tǒng)要求的特殊性和在裝配生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的復(fù)雜性。通過(guò)RFID的合理應(yīng)用將資源進(jìn)行合理的配置,通過(guò)提高系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化程度來(lái)提高離散型裝配線的生產(chǎn)效率。 本文在分析現(xiàn)代汽車企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的物流系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合案例汽車企業(yè)進(jìn)行觀察,分析其物流系統(tǒng)和現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建了基于RFID技術(shù)的離散型產(chǎn)品汽車生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)。將整個(gè)復(fù)雜的、龐大的物流系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)化成三個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單物流模塊,分別為入庫(kù)物流系統(tǒng)模塊,出庫(kù)物流系統(tǒng)模塊和裝配線物流系統(tǒng)模塊。結(jié)合RFID技術(shù)的先進(jìn)信息處理技術(shù)來(lái)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)整個(gè)離散型裝配線的物流系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程和信息管理系統(tǒng),并用Flexsim仿真軟件進(jìn)行模擬仿真來(lái)驗(yàn)證優(yōu)化后的方案合理性。 物流系統(tǒng)中的入庫(kù)模塊和出庫(kù)模塊主要涉及到的操作為貨物的清點(diǎn)、出入庫(kù)的運(yùn)輸和零件揀選,以及整個(gè)出入庫(kù)模塊的信息化管理。在進(jìn)行揀選作業(yè)時(shí)采用了現(xiàn)代優(yōu)化算法計(jì)算最短路徑,并將RFID技術(shù)和PLC技術(shù)進(jìn)行結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的實(shí)時(shí)傳達(dá)與及時(shí)管理。物流系統(tǒng)的裝配生產(chǎn)模塊中,采用了無(wú)線射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)進(jìn)行零部件的配送,并設(shè)計(jì)了以簡(jiǎn)單的分流模塊機(jī)械旋轉(zhuǎn)部分,使得整個(gè)裝置實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)分揀功能,減少工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,增強(qiáng)了整個(gè)過(guò)程中的信息流通度。在分析和優(yōu)化的過(guò)程中,通過(guò)對(duì)Flexsim軟件參數(shù)的設(shè)置對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行的仿真,包括出庫(kù)物流系統(tǒng)模塊,入庫(kù)物流系統(tǒng)模塊,裝配生產(chǎn)模塊,對(duì)比優(yōu)化前后的仿真輸出結(jié)果,分析將RFID應(yīng)用到物流系統(tǒng)仿真中的可行性。通過(guò)整個(gè)物流系統(tǒng)更加全面、快速、準(zhǔn)確的監(jiān)控管理,不僅能夠提高裝配生產(chǎn)線的自動(dòng)化程度,倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理效率,還能提高整個(gè)物流系統(tǒng)的信息流通度。
[Abstract]:Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is the basic technology to realize the standardization of information. It can realize the rapid and accurate information collection and processing in real time. It is an important technical support and means for modern enterprises to reduce production cost, improve the degree of logistics automation, realize the sharing function of production management information and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is very suitable for discrete assembly lines, which can meet the requirements of discrete assembly lines for logistics systems and the complexity of assembly production. Through the rational application of RFID, the resources are allocated reasonably, and the production efficiency of discrete assembly line is improved by improving the automation degree of the system. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and present situation of the logistics system of modern automobile enterprises, this paper analyzes the logistics system and current situation of the automobile enterprises, and constructs the discrete production logistics system of products based on RFID technology. The whole complex and huge logistics system is simplified into three simple logistics modules, which are the storage logistics system module, the outbound logistics system module and the assembly line logistics system module. Combined with the advanced information processing technology of RFID technology, the production process and information management system of the whole discrete assembly line logistics system are optimized and designed, and the rationality of the optimized scheme is verified by Flexsim simulation software. In the logistics system, the main operations involved are the inventory of goods, the transportation and parts picking, and the information management of the whole module. A modern optimization algorithm is used to calculate the shortest path, and the RFID technology and the PLC technology are combined to realize the real-time information transmission and timely management. In the assembly and production module of the logistics system, the radio frequency identification technology is used to distribute the parts, and the mechanical rotation part of the simple shunt module is designed, which makes the whole device realize the automatic sorting function and reduce the labor intensity of the workers. Enhanced the flow of information throughout the process. In the process of analysis and optimization, the simulation of actual production is carried out by setting the parameters of Flexsim software, including the logistics system module, the assembly production module, and the simulation results before and after the optimization. The feasibility of applying RFID to logistics system simulation is analyzed. Through the whole logistics system more comprehensive, fast, accurate monitoring and management, not only can improve the automation of assembly line, warehouse management efficiency, but also improve the information flow of the entire logistics system.
