【摘要】：秸桿物流是沼氣發(fā)電工程可持續(xù)運(yùn)行的原料供應(yīng)保障。秸稈的分散性、低密度特性決定了秸稈物流配送中心選址研究對(duì)于降低收集難度、擴(kuò)大物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋面積、降低物流成本具有重要意義。文章提出了在秸桿收儲(chǔ)點(diǎn)和沼氣發(fā)電工程之間建設(shè)配送中心的秸桿物流配送模式,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了以總物流成本最低為目標(biāo)的配送中心選址混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型。通過(guò)模擬應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證了模型可以有效地確定配送中心數(shù)量、選址方案以及秸稈配送方案,可以為優(yōu)化秸稈配送中心選址方案,降低沼氣發(fā)電工程秸稈供應(yīng)成本提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Straw logistics is the raw material supply guarantee for the sustainable operation of biogas power generation project. Because of the dispersion and low density of straw, it is very important to study the location of straw distribution center for reducing the difficulty of collecting, expanding the coverage area of logistics network and reducing the cost of logistics. In this paper, a straw logistics distribution model is proposed to build a distribution center between the straw storage point and the biogas power generation project. On this basis, a mixed integer programming model for the location of distribution center with the lowest total logistics cost is constructed. The simulation results show that the model can effectively determine the number of distribution centers, site selection and straw distribution, which can provide a reference for optimizing the selection of straw distribution center and reducing the cost of straw supply in biogas power generation projects.
