生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)人機環(huán)境條件監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:為了更快更準確地評價生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀,需要以人因工程學原理為基礎(chǔ),綜合考慮人、機器和所處環(huán)境三方面因素,即構(gòu)成一個典型的人-機-環(huán)境系統(tǒng),其是否正常,會直接影響人員安全和機器性能。本文首先對系統(tǒng)功能進行需求分析,進行了大量的文獻搜集和現(xiàn)場調(diào)研,確定需要監(jiān)測的影響因子為微氣候、空氣成分、噪聲、環(huán)境照明和人體與勞動強度等五個模塊,其中微氣候模塊影響因子有溫度、相對濕度、風速、大氣壓力;空氣成分模塊影響因子有二氧化碳、空氣氧含量和煙霧;噪聲模塊影響因子有精密噪聲和積分噪聲;環(huán)境照明模塊影響因子有實時照度;人體與勞動強度模塊影響因子有人體血壓和心率。其次,設(shè)計可移動監(jiān)測平臺的三維模型并開發(fā)上位機監(jiān)測軟件。最后選擇公司生產(chǎn)加工車間進行系統(tǒng)調(diào)試,在實驗過程中,通過安裝集成在可移動監(jiān)測平臺上的儀表/傳感器對間隔相同距離的三點進行影響因子實時監(jiān)測,采集數(shù)據(jù)并通過RS232串口傳輸?shù)缴衔粰C,上位機人機交互監(jiān)測軟件實現(xiàn)了對數(shù)據(jù)實時曲線化顯示、用戶管理、數(shù)據(jù)打印等功能。通過對三組數(shù)據(jù)進行對比分析研究,測量結(jié)果表明生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)人機環(huán)境條件下的監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定可靠,已達到預(yù)定目標。本課題主要研究成果:第一是基于Solid Works軟件建立可移動監(jiān)測平臺的三維模型;第二是選用11種儀表/傳感器采集并監(jiān)測12類影響因子;第三是基于Lab VIEW平臺人機交互軟件界面的設(shè)計。研究成果一方面可以用于生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場環(huán)境監(jiān)控,另一方面也可以用于工業(yè)工程、人因工程學等相關(guān)專業(yè)的實驗教學。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the present situation of the production logistics system more quickly and accurately, it is necessary to consider the human, machine and environment factors synthetically based on the principle of human engineering, that is, to form a typical man-machine-environment system, whether it is normal or not. Will directly affect personnel safety and machine performance. In this paper, we analyze the function of the system, collect a lot of documents and investigate the field, and determine that the influencing factors that need to be monitored are microclimate, air composition, noise, environmental lighting, human body and labor intensity, and so on five modules, such as microclimate, air composition, noise, environmental lighting, and human body and labor intensity. The influence factors of microclimate module are temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and atmospheric pressure, the influence factors of air component module are carbon dioxide, oxygen content and smoke, the influence factors of noise module are precision noise and integral noise. The influence factors of environmental lighting module are real time illumination, and the influence factors of human body and labor intensity module are human blood pressure and heart rate. Secondly, the three-dimensional model of mobile monitoring platform is designed and the monitoring software of upper computer is developed. In the process of the experiment, the influence factors of the three points with the same distance are monitored by installing the instruments / sensors integrated on the movable monitoring platform. The data are collected and transmitted to the upper computer through RS232 serial port. The man-machine interactive monitoring software realizes the functions of real-time curve display, user management, data printing and so on. Through the comparative analysis of three groups of data, the measurement results show that the monitoring system is stable and reliable under the condition of man-machine environment of production logistics system, and has reached the predetermined goal. The main research results are as follows: firstly, the 3D model of mobile monitoring platform is built based on Solid Works software; secondly, 11 kinds of instruments / sensors are selected to collect and monitor 12 kinds of factors. The third is the design of human-computer interaction software interface based on Lab VIEW platform. On the one hand, the research results can be used in the field environment monitoring of production logistics system, on the other hand, it can also be used in the experimental teaching of industrial engineering, human factor engineering and other related majors.
