【摘要】：在分析傳統(tǒng)錨桿生產(chǎn)方式和國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有錨桿生產(chǎn)線的現(xiàn)狀和不足的基礎(chǔ)上,指出以加工工序?yàn)楹诵牡腻^桿生產(chǎn)方式無法大幅提高生產(chǎn)效率,提出了一種面向物流生產(chǎn)組織的單元式柔性組合錨桿自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線組織形式,它以錨桿的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、定位為核心,輔以不同的加工設(shè)備可組合成不同的錨桿自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線。研發(fā)了步進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)移裝置、喂料機(jī)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)機(jī)械手等錨桿轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、定位關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,對(duì)單元式柔性組合錨桿自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線的結(jié)構(gòu)布局和控制系統(tǒng)方案進(jìn)行了說明,并闡述了單元式和模塊化的思想。依據(jù)此方案為某錨桿生產(chǎn)廠設(shè)計(jì)了符合其生產(chǎn)工藝的錨桿自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線,通過實(shí)際生產(chǎn)證明,該生產(chǎn)線具有安全穩(wěn)定、布局靈活、生產(chǎn)率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation and deficiency of the traditional bolt production mode and the existing anchor production line at home and abroad, it is pointed out that the production efficiency can not be greatly improved by the bolt production mode with the core of processing process. A kind of unit flexible combined bolt automatic production line for logistics production organization is proposed. It takes the transfer and positioning of anchor rod as the core and different processing equipment can be combined into different bolt automatic production line. In this paper, the stepping transfer device, feeding mechanism, transfer manipulator and so on are developed to locate the key equipment. The structure layout and control system scheme of the unit flexible combined bolt automatic production line are explained. The idea of unit and modularization is expounded. According to this scheme, an automatic production line of anchor rod is designed for a certain anchor production plant. It is proved by practical production that the production line has the advantages of safety and stability, flexible layout, high productivity and so on.
