【摘要】：研究物流企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理,需要分析物流企業(yè)基本的價值鏈的組織和管理,同時需要研究物流企業(yè)商業(yè)模式,明確價值鏈上各利益體是如何組織的,由此從作業(yè)過程和商業(yè)安排角度,理解物流企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的本質(zhì),給物流企業(yè)的價值鏈管理和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新帶來啟迪。
[Abstract]:To study the management of logistics enterprises, we need to analyze the organization and management of the basic value chain of logistics enterprises, and at the same time, we need to study the business model of logistics enterprises, and make clear how the various stakeholders in the value chain are organized. From the point of view of operation process and business arrangement, we can understand the essence of logistics enterprise management and bring enlightenment to the value chain management and business model innovation of logistics enterprise.
