【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)在我國蓬勃發(fā)展,被稱為21世紀的“朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)”、“黃金產(chǎn)業(yè)”,喻為是企業(yè)在降低物耗、提高勞動生產(chǎn)率以外的“第三利潤源泉”,其發(fā)展程度成為衡量一個國家或地區(qū)現(xiàn)代化程度的重要標志之一,同樣也是衡量地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主要標志之一。錦州市作為遼西經(jīng)濟區(qū)中心城市,具有區(qū)位和產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)等方面有利條件,同時也存在著許多影響和制約現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)健康發(fā)展的不利因素。近年來,錦州市物流業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,類型多樣。但在全市物流企業(yè)中占主導(dǎo)地位、占據(jù)絕大部分市場份額的是由傳統(tǒng)運輸、倉儲企業(yè)經(jīng)過改造轉(zhuǎn)型而來的物流企業(yè),亟需一批管理水平過硬、服務(wù)質(zhì)量過關(guān)的物流企業(yè)來填補錦州市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的缺口。本文在對國家及地方物流產(chǎn)業(yè)政策深入調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了國內(nèi)及遼寧省內(nèi)第三方物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;通過市場調(diào)研與預(yù)測、財務(wù)分析與評價等方法,對在錦州湯河子工業(yè)區(qū)興建鐵路物流園建設(shè)項目的可行性展開了論證,為該項目的經(jīng)濟性和可行性提出了明確的分析結(jié)論,認為本項目的建設(shè)符合錦州市經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的需求,符合國內(nèi)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展方向;本項目的建設(shè)符合錦州市將物流業(yè)作為主要發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)的政策指引,有利于帶動錦州市的經(jīng)濟和物流業(yè)的發(fā)展,對提高市現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的發(fā)展水平和競爭力具有重要意義。同時,本項目具有較高的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益、整體風(fēng)險較低,具有較高的可行性。
[Abstract]:The modern logistics industry is booming in our country. It is called "sunrise industry" and "gold industry" in the 21st century. It is called "the third profit source" besides reducing material consumption and increasing labor productivity. The degree of its development has become one of the important symbols to measure the degree of modernization of a country or region, as well as one of the main marks of measuring the development of regional economy. As the central city of western Liaoning economic zone, Jinzhou has favorable conditions in terms of location and industrial basis, and there are also many unfavorable factors that affect and restrict the healthy development of modern logistics industry. In recent years, Jinzhou logistics industry develops rapidly, the type is diverse. But in the logistics enterprises of the whole city, it is the logistics enterprises which are transformed from the traditional transportation and the warehousing enterprises, which occupy most of the market share, so they need a batch of excellent management level. Service quality clearance logistics enterprises to fill the gap in Jinzhou logistics industry. Based on the deep investigation of national and local logistics industry policies, this paper analyzes the current situation of third party logistics development in China and Liaoning Province, through market research and prediction, financial analysis and evaluation, etc. The feasibility of the construction project of railway logistics park in Tanghezi Industrial Zone of Jinzhou is demonstrated, and a clear analysis conclusion is put forward for the economy and feasibility of the project. It is believed that the construction of the project conforms to the needs of economic and social development in Jinzhou and the development direction of domestic logistics industry, and the construction of this project conforms to the policy guidance of taking logistics industry as the main industry in Jinzhou City. It is of great significance to promote the development of economy and logistics industry in Jinzhou City and to improve the development level and competitiveness of modern logistics industry in Jinzhou City. At the same time, the project has higher economic and social benefits, lower overall risk and higher feasibility.
