基于博弈論的菜鳥(niǎo)物流與快遞企業(yè)的合作關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:2013年以來(lái),隨著電商平臺(tái)在物流領(lǐng)域的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇以及阿里電商物流投訴率的急速攀升,菜鳥(niǎo)物流的"分層服務(wù)伙伴計(jì)劃"應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。該計(jì)劃初衷是鼓勵(lì)快遞企業(yè)提升物流服務(wù)水平。結(jié)果,此計(jì)劃的出臺(tái),導(dǎo)致順豐聯(lián)手中通、申通、韻達(dá)脫離合作,另立聯(lián)盟,平臺(tái)內(nèi)快遞企業(yè)對(duì)菜鳥(niǎo)物流的信任度驟減,其他快遞企業(yè)的合作意向降低,菜鳥(niǎo)物流與快遞企業(yè)的合作關(guān)系停滯甚至倒退。論文以推進(jìn)菜鳥(niǎo)物流與快遞企業(yè)間的合作關(guān)系為目的,在對(duì)文獻(xiàn)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,首先運(yùn)用演化博弈理論和數(shù)值仿真方法,根據(jù)菜鳥(niǎo)物流與快遞企業(yè)間的博弈關(guān)系及其影響因素構(gòu)建了演化博弈模型,研究了菜鳥(niǎo)物流與快遞企業(yè)關(guān)系的演化路徑以及各因素對(duì)演化路徑的影響;其次,依據(jù)合作博弈理論,研究了菜鳥(niǎo)物流與平臺(tái)內(nèi)快遞企業(yè)關(guān)于信任問(wèn)題的合作關(guān)系,建立了基于信任的有無(wú)后效性的合作博弈模型;最后,基于上述的研究,提出菜鳥(niǎo)物流與快遞企業(yè)合作關(guān)系的推進(jìn)措施。研究結(jié)果顯示,菜鳥(niǎo)物流與快遞企業(yè)最終會(huì)形成的穩(wěn)定關(guān)系有兩種:一種是菜鳥(niǎo)低效建設(shè)平臺(tái),快遞企業(yè)不與之合作;一種是菜鳥(niǎo)高效建設(shè)平臺(tái),快遞企業(yè)選擇合作。其中,雙方關(guān)系的演化路徑受以下因素影響:合作時(shí)的超額收益、投入成本、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成本以及雙方不合作時(shí)的損失成本。同時(shí),菜鳥(niǎo)物流與平臺(tái)內(nèi)快遞企業(yè)須具備一定的初始信任值,才能保證合作的順利進(jìn)行;博弈主體在合作過(guò)程中的信任行為,有助于合作關(guān)系的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定。最后,論文從吸引快遞企業(yè)入駐菜鳥(niǎo)物流平臺(tái)以及提升平臺(tái)內(nèi)快遞企業(yè)對(duì)菜鳥(niǎo)物流的信任度兩方面著手,構(gòu)建了推進(jìn)菜鳥(niǎo)物流與快遞企業(yè)合作關(guān)系的措施。
[Abstract]:Since 2013, with the increasing competition of e-commerce platform in the field of logistics and the rapid increase of complaints rate of Alibaba e-commerce logistics, Cainiao Logistics "layered service partner program" came into being. The original intention of the plan is to encourage express delivery enterprises to improve the level of logistics services. As a result, the introduction of this plan led to the separation of Shunfeng and Zhongtong, Shentong and Yunda from cooperation, and the establishment of separate alliances. The trust of express delivery enterprises in the platform to the Cainiao logistics declined sharply, while the cooperation intentions of other express delivery enterprises decreased. Cainiao logistics and express-delivery business cooperation relationship stagnation or even retrogression. In order to promote the cooperative relationship between rookie logistics and express delivery enterprises, the paper firstly applies evolutionary game theory and numerical simulation method on the basis of literature review. According to the game relationship between rookie logistics and express delivery enterprises and its influencing factors, the evolutionary game model is constructed, and the evolutionary path of the relationship between rookie logistics and express delivery enterprises and the influence of each factor on the evolution path are studied. Secondly, Based on the cooperative game theory, this paper studies the cooperative relationship between Cainiao logistics and express delivery enterprises on trust issues, and establishes a cooperative game model based on trust, and finally, based on the above research, The paper puts forward the measures to promote the cooperative relationship between rookie logistics and express delivery enterprises. The results show that there are two kinds of stable relationship between rookie logistics and express delivery enterprises: one is low efficiency construction platform of rookie, express delivery enterprises do not cooperate with it, the other is rookie efficient construction platform, express delivery enterprises choose to cooperate. Among them, the evolution path of bilateral relationship is affected by the following factors: excess income, input cost, risk cost and loss cost when the two sides do not cooperate. At the same time, rookie logistics and express delivery enterprises in the platform must have a certain initial trust value in order to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation; the trust behavior of the main players in the cooperation process is conducive to the long-term stability of the cooperative relationship. Finally, from the aspects of attracting express delivery enterprises to the rookie logistics platform and enhancing the trust of the express delivery enterprises to the rookie logistics, the paper constructs the measures to promote the cooperative relationship between rookie logistics and express delivery enterprises.
