【摘要】：以2009~2015年67家上市物流企業(yè)為樣本,運(yùn)用KMV模型對(duì)其信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的主要影響因素進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明:物流企業(yè)的信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)自2011年起顯著上升;宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、物流企業(yè)的總資產(chǎn)及資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率對(duì)信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)有顯著影響。特別是隨著GDP增長(zhǎng)率的降低,物流企業(yè)的違約距離減小,信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)上升。該研究結(jié)果提供了物流企業(yè)信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)變化的經(jīng)驗(yàn)證據(jù),對(duì)加強(qiáng)物流企業(yè)信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Taking 67 listed logistics enterprises as samples from 2009 to 2015, the credit risk and the main influencing factors of credit risk are studied by using KMV model. The results show that the credit risk of logistics enterprises has increased significantly since 2011, and the macroeconomic environment, The total assets and asset-liability ratio of logistics enterprises have significant influence on credit risk. Especially, with the decrease of GDP growth rate, the default distance of logistics enterprises decreases and the credit risk increases. The results of this study provide empirical evidence of the dynamic change of the credit risk of logistics enterprises, and have certain reference significance for strengthening the management of credit risk of logistics enterprises.
