【摘要】：伴隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的強(qiáng)勁發(fā)展,不同國家間或者相同國家不同地區(qū)之間的交流日趨廣泛、深入,因此使得現(xiàn)代化物流產(chǎn)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)中發(fā)揮了越來越重要的作用。縱觀我國物流業(yè)從20世紀(jì)70年代到今天40年發(fā)展歷程,不難看出其所取得的不斷進(jìn)步,但是在這個過程中諸如資源浪費(fèi)、人才匱乏、行業(yè)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)落后、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)低下、市場機(jī)制不健全等問題也必須正面對待。筆者認(rèn)為由于中國物流起步晚,吸收和借鑒他國先進(jìn)技術(shù)理念有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展中國物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的目的,而最直接有效的學(xué)習(xí)方式就是借鑒物流業(yè)的外商直接投資,FDI對升級中國物流產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、保持市場競爭力發(fā)揮了重要作用。自從中國加入WTO后,諸多行業(yè)特別是物流業(yè)持續(xù)加大對外開放幅度,而開放過程中FDI的引入一方面促進(jìn)了我國物流業(yè)整體水平的提高以及結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,另一方面也對傳統(tǒng)物流業(yè)構(gòu)成強(qiáng)有力的競爭和威脅。如何有效地吸引FDI,并將其合理應(yīng)用于傳統(tǒng)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)而優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級是本文重點(diǎn)研究的問題。本文在借鑒傳統(tǒng)物流業(yè)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合中國物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點(diǎn),提出了促進(jìn)我國吸引物流業(yè)FDI的相關(guān)政策建議和對策措施。
[Abstract]:With the strong development of the world economy, the exchanges between different countries or different regions of the same countries are becoming more and more extensive, which makes the modern logistics industry play a more and more important role in the economy. From the 1970s to the present, it is not difficult to see the continuous progress of the logistics industry in China, but in this process, such as waste of resources, lack of talent, backward technical foundation, low industrial structure. Problems such as imperfect market mechanisms must also be dealt with positively. The author thinks that because of the late start of logistics in China, absorbing and drawing lessons from other countries' advanced technology ideas can help to realize the purpose of rapid development of China's logistics industry. The most direct and effective way of learning is to draw lessons from foreign direct investment (FDI) in logistics industry, which plays an important role in upgrading the structure of Chinese logistics industry and maintaining market competitiveness. Since China's entry into WTO, many industries, especially the logistics industry, have continuously increased the extent of opening to the outside world. On the one hand, the introduction of FDI in the opening process has promoted the improvement of the overall level and the optimization of the structure of China's logistics industry. On the other hand, it also constitutes a strong competition and threat to the traditional logistics industry. How to attract FDI effectively and apply it to traditional logistics industry to optimize industrial structure and promote industrial upgrading is the key problem of this paper. Based on the concept of traditional logistics industry and the characteristics of Chinese logistics industry, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions and countermeasures to promote the attraction of logistics industry FDI in China.
