【摘要】：能源、交通及物流、旅游等行業(yè)是"兩基一支"的重要組成部分,然而上述行業(yè)當前普遍面臨增量空間和發(fā)展動力不足的問題。本文首先對上述行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了研究,然后通過對國家政策導(dǎo)向、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢以及技術(shù)進步路徑的系統(tǒng)分析,在走訪相關(guān)政府部門、行業(yè)協(xié)會以及重點客戶的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理了能源交通等行業(yè)25個戰(zhàn)略性新興增長點,并對其進行了成熟度及增長空間分析。預(yù)計這些戰(zhàn)略性新興增長點可為國家開發(fā)銀行提供約5.6萬億元的融資空間。最后,對于培育上述行業(yè)戰(zhàn)略性新興增長點,本文提出了逐步推動、建立并完善支持模式,強化研發(fā)、創(chuàng)新融資模式,總分行聯(lián)動、發(fā)揮合力的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Energy, transportation, logistics, tourism and other industries are important components of "two bases and one branch". However, these industries are generally faced with the problem of incremental space and insufficient development power. This paper firstly studies the current situation of the above industries, and then through the systematic analysis of the national policy orientation, industry development trend and technological progress path, on the basis of visiting relevant government departments, trade associations and key customers. This paper reviews 25 strategic emerging growth points of energy transportation and other industries, and analyzes their maturity and growth space. These strategic emerging growth points are expected to provide China Development Bank with about 5.6 trillion yuan of financing space. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to foster the strategic new growth point of the above industries, such as gradually promoting, establishing and perfecting the supporting mode, strengthening the research and development, innovating the financing mode, the linkage of the branch, the exertion of the joint force.
