【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下,中國(guó)作為全球制造中心,航空貨運(yùn)需求越來(lái)越大,以航空貨運(yùn)為核心的空港物流發(fā)展迎來(lái)難得的歷史機(jī)遇。世界范圍內(nèi)的空港物流發(fā)展正借力經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化迅猛發(fā)展,中國(guó)的廣大機(jī)場(chǎng)尤其是中小型機(jī)場(chǎng)不能錯(cuò)失良機(jī)。從民航統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)看,我國(guó)的大型機(jī)場(chǎng)憑借地域優(yōu)勢(shì)、綜合實(shí)力,承載了絕大部分的航空貨量,部分大型機(jī)場(chǎng)比如上海浦東機(jī)場(chǎng)的貨郵吞吐量幾近飽和,而中小型機(jī)場(chǎng)囿于規(guī)模、體量、硬件設(shè)施、地處偏遠(yuǎn)等原因,在空港物流發(fā)展上少有起色。面對(duì)大好機(jī)遇,中小型機(jī)場(chǎng)若不能乘勢(shì)而為,將錯(cuò)失新的發(fā)展增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。本文運(yùn)用所學(xué)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)理論、研究方法,結(jié)合工作實(shí)踐,以W機(jī)場(chǎng)為例,對(duì)中小型機(jī)場(chǎng)空港物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。首先通過(guò)查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),掌握相關(guān)理論的定義和發(fā)展內(nèi)涵,在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外空港物流發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的分析研究中,尋找到與本文研究方向相契合的空港物流發(fā)展成功案例,為全面研究提供參考。其后本文分析了我國(guó)中小型機(jī)場(chǎng)空港物流的發(fā)展概況,并利用SWOT分析法深入剖析了W機(jī)場(chǎng)空港物流的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅,據(jù)此規(guī)劃其戰(zhàn)略選擇,并提出了包括擴(kuò)大航線網(wǎng)絡(luò),完善物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,加強(qiáng)信息化建設(shè),引進(jìn)航空貨運(yùn)企業(yè),借力電子商務(wù)發(fā)展等切實(shí)可行的舉措,以期為中小型機(jī)場(chǎng)空港物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究提供典型案例啟示。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, as a global manufacturing center, the demand for air freight is increasing in China, and the development of air cargo logistics with air cargo as the core has ushered in a rare historical opportunity. The development of airport logistics in the world is taking advantage of the rapid development of economic globalization, China's vast number of airports, especially small and medium-sized airports, should not miss the opportunity. Judging from the statistics of civil aviation, the large airports in our country, depending on their geographical advantages and comprehensive strength, carry most of the aviation volume. Some large airports, such as Shanghai Pudong Airport, have nearly saturated cargo and postal throughput, while the small and medium-sized airports are limited by their scale. Volume, hardware facilities, remoteness and other reasons, in the development of airport logistics little improvement. In the face of great opportunities, small and medium-sized airports will miss out on new growth points if they do not take advantage of the opportunities. This paper makes a systematic study on the logistics development strategy of small and medium-sized airports, taking W Airport as an example, using relevant professional theories, research methods and working practices. First of all, through consulting the domestic and foreign literature, grasp the definition and development connotation of the relevant theory, in the analysis of the development of domestic and foreign airport logistics, find the successful case of the development of the airport logistics, which is in line with the research direction of this paper. To provide a reference for the overall study. Then this paper analyzes the general situation of the development of the air port logistics of the small and medium-sized airports in our country, and deeply analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of the air port logistics of W airport by using the SWOT analysis method, and plans its strategic choice accordingly. And put forward some feasible measures, such as expanding the airline network, perfecting the logistics infrastructure, strengthening the information construction, introducing the air freight enterprises, and taking advantage of the development of electronic commerce. In order to provide a typical case for the study of logistics development strategy of medium and small airports.
