物流協(xié)同配送的多維度效益評(píng)估研究

【摘要】:物流協(xié)同配送模式因具有提高資源利用率、降低物流成本,提高個(gè)性化服務(wù)水平,緩和城市交通問(wèn)題等優(yōu)勢(shì)在近年獲得了較快的發(fā)展,也越來(lái)越受到政府和企業(yè)的關(guān)注。但是當(dāng)前仍存在多種因素制約著物流協(xié)同配送模式的有效開(kāi)展和應(yīng)用,其中最關(guān)鍵的因素就在于物流協(xié)同配送效益的量化計(jì)算及分配問(wèn)題。針對(duì)此,本文從多維角度對(duì)協(xié)同配送的效益進(jìn)行了評(píng)估研究,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同配送效益的量化評(píng)估,為協(xié)同配送的開(kāi)展提供理論和技術(shù)支持。論文首先通過(guò)對(duì)末端物流配送基本內(nèi)涵的理論分析,提出物流協(xié)同配送模式的分類,抽象出本文的評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象-多配送服務(wù)中心的協(xié)同配送網(wǎng)絡(luò),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分類和特征分析。然后,分析了協(xié)同配送效益的來(lái)源,給出了協(xié)同配送效益的定義;針對(duì)配送網(wǎng)絡(luò),從成本、資源利用、能耗廢氣排放等多維度效益出發(fā)構(gòu)建了對(duì)應(yīng)的兩級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并對(duì)各維度的效益影響因素進(jìn)行具體分析;诖,利用配送微生命周期理論和有無(wú)對(duì)比法,結(jié)合效益影響因子的分析,分別構(gòu)建了協(xié)同配送的成本、資源利用和能耗廢氣排放的效益計(jì)算模型,以此作為后期實(shí)驗(yàn)算例多維度效益預(yù)評(píng)估的計(jì)算依據(jù)。接著,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同配送效益量化計(jì)算的一些其他問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究。設(shè)計(jì)出三階段的總體評(píng)價(jià)模型;通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)訂單分配算法及其具體分配流程解決了訂單的分配問(wèn)題;然后利用生命周期評(píng)價(jià)法,對(duì)不同協(xié)同運(yùn)作策略進(jìn)行具體分析評(píng)價(jià),選出合適的協(xié)同運(yùn)作策略作為評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)對(duì)車輛配送路徑優(yōu)化算法的分析總結(jié),選取節(jié)約算法用于車輛配送路徑優(yōu)化問(wèn)題的處理。最后,通過(guò)引入實(shí)驗(yàn)算例,利用構(gòu)建的效益評(píng)價(jià)流程模型,完成了物流協(xié)同配送多維度效益的模擬計(jì)算和結(jié)果的評(píng)價(jià)分析,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了協(xié)同配送效益多維度預(yù)評(píng)估的可視化。
[Abstract]:The logistics cooperative distribution model has developed rapidly in recent years because of improving the utilization of resources, reducing the cost of logistics, improving the individual service level and easing the urban traffic problems. However, there are more and more attention to the government and enterprises. However, there are still many factors restricting the effective development of the logistics cooperative distribution model. The most important factor is the quantitative calculation and distribution of logistics synergy distribution benefit. In this paper, the benefit of cooperative distribution is evaluated and studied in this paper, in order to realize the quantitative evaluation of the benefit of cooperative distribution, and provide theoretical and technical support for the development of cooperative distribution. Based on the theoretical analysis of the basic connotation of flow distribution, the classification of logistics cooperative distribution mode is put forward, the evaluation object of this article is the cooperative distribution network of multi distribution service center, and its classification and characteristic analysis are carried out. Then, the source of the synergy distribution benefit is analyzed, and the definition of the coordination and distribution benefit is given, and the cost is from the distribution network. Based on the multi dimension benefit of resource utilization and energy consumption exhaust emission, the corresponding two level evaluation index system is constructed, and the factors that affect the benefits of each dimension are analyzed. Based on this, the cost of cooperative distribution and the utilization of resources are constructed by the analysis of the distribution micro life cycle theory and the analysis of the effect factors. The benefit calculation model of the exhaust gas emission is used as the basis for the calculation of the multi-dimensional benefit pre evaluation of the later experimental example. Then, some other problems in the quantitative calculation of the synergy distribution benefit are studied. The overall evaluation model of the three stage is designed, and the design order distribution algorithm and its specific distribution process are solved. The problem of distribution of orders is given. Then the life cycle evaluation method is used to analyze and evaluate the different cooperative operation strategies, and select the appropriate cooperative operation strategy as the basis of evaluation. Through the analysis and summary of the optimization algorithm of vehicle distribution path, the saving algorithm is selected to deal with the optimization of vehicle distribution path. After introducing the experimental example, using the model of the benefit evaluation process, the simulation calculation and the evaluation analysis of the multi dimension benefit of logistics coordination distribution are completed, and the visualization of the multi-dimensional evaluation of the synergy distribution benefit is realized.
