【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代技術的應用和商品生產物流業(yè)的快速發(fā)展而產生,物資倉庫管理信息化程度也得到了很快的發(fā)展,倉庫管理已成為企業(yè)活動中不可或缺的部分。因此,推進倉庫信息系統(tǒng)應用,使用管理軟件對倉庫的物資進行全面庫存管理,實現(xiàn)庫存數(shù)據(jù)采集、查找、快速識別、上傳等,準確地完成入庫、出庫、退庫、盤點、查詢等不同情況下的物資管理和識別,同時提供庫存數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計、查詢、編輯等功能,并能幫助倉庫管理員更好地掌握物資出庫、入庫、庫存數(shù)量等信息。在此背景下開發(fā)了麗達合成制藥有限公司生產物料倉庫管理系統(tǒng)。論文介紹了麗達合成制藥有限公司生產物料倉庫管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項目意義和目前的研究與應用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內容和主要工作；在業(yè)務分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)存在的問題、組織機構、原有業(yè)務流程等進行了分析,給出了改造后的業(yè)務流程；在功能分析中,論文通過用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括出庫管理、入庫管理、倉庫盤點、庫存管理等子包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析,給出了實體類關系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表結構；論文最后對所做的研究與分析工作進行了總結,并對進一步的工作進行了展望。我公司倉庫信息化管理系統(tǒng)積極推廣應用高新技術、尤其是以計算機技術為代表的各類現(xiàn)代信息技術,在物資采集、運輸、存儲、包裝等各個環(huán)節(jié)都得到了一定應用。而且,我公司物資信息化管理信息化建設已經進行了一些前瞻性的探討和實踐。
[Abstract]:With the application of modern technology and the rapid development of commodity production and logistics industry, the information level of material warehouse management has also been rapidly developed, warehouse management has become an indispensable part of enterprise activities.Therefore, we should promote the application of warehouse information system, use management software to carry out total inventory management of warehouse materials, realize inventory data collection, search, quick identification, upload, etc., and accurately complete the entry, exit, withdrawal, inventory, etc.The material management and identification under different circumstances, such as query, etc., provide the functions of inventory data statistics, query, edit and so on, and can help the warehouse administrator to better grasp the information such as the material out of the warehouse, the storehouse, the inventory quantity and so on.Under this background, the production material warehouse management system of Leda synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is developed.This paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of the production material warehouse management system of Lida synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and clarifies the content and main work of the thesis.The paper analyzes the existing problems of the system, the organization, the original business process and so on, and gives the revamped business process, in the function analysis, the function of the system is clarified by use case analysis and use case description.The overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including the sub-package diagram of exiting warehouse management, warehouse inventory management, inventory management and inventory management, etc. In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data needed to deal with the system functions.The entity class diagram is given and the database table structure is established. Finally, the research and analysis work done is summarized, and the further work is prospected.Our company warehouse information management system actively promotes the application of high and new technology, especially all kinds of modern information technology represented by computer technology, in material collection, transportation, storage, packaging and other links have been applied to a certain extent.Moreover, our company material information management information construction has carried on some foresight discussion and the practice.
