【摘要】：目前高職物流管理專業(yè)教育還存在諸多實(shí)際性問題,影響了學(xué)生各種職業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng)。文中從物流企業(yè)的崗位職業(yè)能力需求入手,結(jié)合目前物流管理專業(yè)課程進(jìn)行的"過程性考核"的考核方式改革,構(gòu)建物流管理專業(yè)學(xué)生應(yīng)具備的職業(yè)能力,希望對高職物流管理專業(yè)學(xué)生職業(yè)能力的提高有所助益,同時(shí)為高職物流管理人才培養(yǎng)提供一定的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:At present, there are still many practical problems in logistics management major education in higher vocational colleges, which affect the cultivation of students' various professional abilities.This paper starts with the demand of the post professional ability of the logistics enterprise, and combines with the reform of the "process examination" of the logistics management specialty course at present, and constructs the professional ability that the logistics management specialty student should possess.It is hoped that it will be helpful to improve the vocational ability of students majoring in logistics management in higher vocational colleges and at the same time provide a certain basis for the cultivation of talents in logistics management in higher vocational colleges.
