【摘要】：糧食運(yùn)輸對(duì)于我國(guó)一直是非常重視的問(wèn)題,我國(guó)人口眾多,是糧食的消費(fèi)大國(guó)。但是在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中耗費(fèi)的成本大,貨損率高,所以糧食問(wèn)題對(duì)于我國(guó)的發(fā)展是至關(guān)重要的。隨著南方經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,降低了糧食的生產(chǎn),然而北方在這一時(shí)期促進(jìn)糧食生產(chǎn),從而使近幾十年以來(lái)"南糧北運(yùn)"逐步發(fā)展成"北糧南運(yùn)"的格局。糧食物流運(yùn)輸是否通暢,不僅關(guān)系到國(guó)計(jì)民生,對(duì)于社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和農(nóng)民的收入也是件大事,構(gòu)建北糧南運(yùn)的物流體系關(guān)系到國(guó)家糧食戰(zhàn)略安全。我國(guó)東北地區(qū)是商品糧的主要生產(chǎn)地,糧食從北方運(yùn)到南方主要通過(guò)鐵路運(yùn)輸與海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)兩種模式,運(yùn)用鐵路運(yùn)輸雖然運(yùn)輸成本低,但是運(yùn)輸量固定,并且糧食運(yùn)輸具有季節(jié)性這一特點(diǎn),再加上東北地區(qū)鐵路糧食運(yùn)輸力度不足,入關(guān)通道擁擠無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足日益增長(zhǎng)的需求。本文分析當(dāng)前糧食運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題,希望能為"北糧南運(yùn)"健康發(fā)展進(jìn)言。
[Abstract]:Grain transportation has been a very important issue for our country. Our country has a large population and is a big consuming country of grain.However, the cost of transportation is high and the rate of damage is high, so the food problem is very important to the development of our country.With the rapid development of the economy in the south, the grain production has been reduced. However, the north promoted the grain production in this period, which made the "grain transportation from the south to the north" gradually develop into the pattern of "grain transportation from the north to the south" in recent decades.Grain logistics transportation is not only related to the national economy and people's livelihood, but also to the social stability and farmers' income. The construction of the logistics system of grain transportation from north to south is related to the national grain strategic security.Northeast China is the main producer of commodity grain. Grain is transported from the north to the south mainly through the two modes of railway transport and sea and rail transport. Although railway transport costs are low, the transport volume is fixed.And the grain transportation has the characteristic of seasonality, coupled with the shortage of railway grain transportation in Northeast China, the congestion of the entrance passage can not meet the increasing demand.This paper analyzes the existing problems of grain transportation and hopes to advance the healthy development of grain transportation from north to south.
