【摘要】：隨著信息化、自動化深度融合發(fā)展,ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)、OA(Office Automation)、MES(Manufacturing Execution System)等系統(tǒng)在越來越多的離散制造企業(yè)上線運行,推動了離散制造業(yè)技術更新、生產(chǎn)效率提升,并輔助決策者更好的管控生產(chǎn)、物流等工作。但是系統(tǒng)模塊重復性、多樣性使得操作繁雜、信息龐大,反而使得信息冗余低效。本論文以離散型制造業(yè)為應用背景,在其國內(nèi)外信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,對移動應用的應用模式進行研究,本文旨在設計實現(xiàn)一種適用于離散制造業(yè)現(xiàn)有自動化信息化系統(tǒng)的、較為通用的移動應用框架及移動融合中間件。在比較移動應用開發(fā)的各種平臺和技術后,充分發(fā)揮手機端可移動、PC端性能高的特點,基于HttpClient和XSL技術設計較為通用的數(shù)據(jù)處理中間件dataware和基于配置擴展的業(yè)務處理平臺groupware分擔手機負擔、降低流量耗費;進一步基于Web文本挖掘技術,構建多維數(shù)據(jù)模型,提供了適用于離散制造業(yè)的決策支持數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計方案;最終整體解決方案為設計能夠進行分布式處理、適度系統(tǒng)融合、適合離散制造業(yè)綜合管理決策的移動應用平臺。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, automation and deep integration, systems such as ERPU Enterprise Resource Planning Execution system are running online in more and more discrete manufacturing enterprises, which promote the technological renewal of discrete manufacturing industry, improve production efficiency, and assist decision makers in better control and control of production. But the repeatability and diversity of the system module make the operation complicated and the information huge, but make the information redundant and inefficient. This paper takes the discrete manufacturing industry as the application background, based on the present situation of information development at home and abroad. The application mode of mobile application is studied in this paper. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement a kind of automation information system suitable for discrete manufacturing industry. A general mobile application framework and mobile fusion middleware. After comparing various platforms and technologies developed by mobile applications, we can give full play to the high performance of mobile mobile PC. Based on HttpClient and XSL technology, we design a general data processing middleware dataware and a service processing platform groupware based on configuration extension to share the burden of mobile phone and reduce the cost of traffic. Furthermore, based on Web text mining technology, a multidimensional data model is constructed. Finally, the overall solution is to design a mobile application platform which can be distributed processing, moderate system integration, and suitable for discrete manufacturing industry integrated management decision.
