【摘要】：隨著速度經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來,航空物流已經(jīng)稱為帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要引擎,各大航空公司加緊貨運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)投入,希望航空物流業(yè)務(wù)能成為新的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益增長點(diǎn)。關(guān)于航空物流的研究主要由兩種模式,一種是以空港為核心的研究模式,另一種以航空公司為核心的研究模式。本文主旨是對(duì)航空物流服務(wù)流程的研究,因此采取以空港為核心的研究模式。本文系統(tǒng)的分析了航空物流服務(wù)流程的特點(diǎn),將服務(wù)流程分為兩大部分——離港作業(yè)流程和進(jìn)港作業(yè)流程。本文從實(shí)際出發(fā),簡(jiǎn)單分析了北京首都機(jī)場(chǎng)的航空物流現(xiàn)狀及問題,并繪制了進(jìn)港作業(yè)流程圖,并對(duì)該流程建立Petri網(wǎng)模型,按照Petri網(wǎng)的關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣與庫所不變量的方法,驗(yàn)證了Petri網(wǎng)模型的有效性和合理性,緊接著,按照關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣重組和業(yè)務(wù)流程重組的優(yōu)化方法分別對(duì)模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,然后再重新建立綜合優(yōu)化后的Petri網(wǎng)模型。通過Tina軟件對(duì)優(yōu)化前后Petri網(wǎng)模型進(jìn)行賦值仿真,對(duì)優(yōu)化前后仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,證明優(yōu)化后的效果。同時(shí),對(duì)優(yōu)化前后入港作業(yè)流程的參與主體工作時(shí)間消耗量進(jìn)行對(duì)比,得處優(yōu)化后模型對(duì)各個(gè)主體貢獻(xiàn)。本文對(duì)航空物流服務(wù)流程優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)具有一定的指導(dǎo)作用,但是,未能從整體上把握航空物流服務(wù)流程,具有一定的局限性。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of speed economy, aviation logistics has become an important engine to drive economic development. Major airlines have stepped up their cargo business investment. It is hoped that the aviation logistics business will become a new economic growth point. The purpose of this paper is to study the air logistics service flow, so we adopt the air port as the core research mode. This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of the aviation logistics service flow. The service flow is divided into two parts: departure operation flow and inbound operation flow. This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of air logistics in Beijing Capital Airport from the point of view of reality, and draws the flow chart of port entry operation. The Petri net model of the process is established, and the validity and rationality of the Petri net model are verified according to the method of the correlation matrix of Petri net and the invariant of the library. According to the optimization methods of association matrix reengineering and business process reengineering, the model is optimized, and then the comprehensive optimized Petri net model is re-established. The Petri net model before and after optimization is assigned by Tina software. The simulation results before and after optimization are compared to prove the effect of optimization. At the same time, the working time consumption of the participants before and after optimization is compared. This paper has a certain guiding effect on the optimization and improvement of aviation logistics service flow, but it has some limitations to grasp the aviation logistics service flow as a whole.
