【摘要】:高速發(fā)展的互聯(lián)網(wǎng),使得消費(fèi)潮流走向方便、快捷、便宜和個(gè)性化。企業(yè)只有構(gòu)建了兼具低成本、快速響應(yīng)和柔性特點(diǎn)的高適應(yīng)性供應(yīng)鏈,才能在市場競爭中獲得成功。其中,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)高服務(wù)水平的及時(shí)配送是高適應(yīng)性供應(yīng)鏈管理的挑戰(zhàn)之一。供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)踐及理論研究表明,基于集配中心的供應(yīng)鏈物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)能夠利用規(guī)模效應(yīng)降低物流成本,通過協(xié)同運(yùn)作提高供應(yīng)鏈響應(yīng)性和柔性;诖祟惱碚撆c實(shí)踐背景,本論文以集配中心在供應(yīng)鏈中的物流配送為落腳點(diǎn),分析了其在不同物流階段中的決策制定,建立了路徑優(yōu)化模型,并求解出優(yōu)化的路徑方案。在實(shí)踐調(diào)研和文獻(xiàn)研究的前提下,本論文總結(jié)了基于集配中心的供應(yīng)鏈物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成,提煉了集配中心在不同物流階段的決策因子。然后,針對不同的物流階段建模和求解:在供應(yīng)物流階段引入城市環(huán)線,建立了供應(yīng)商環(huán)狀分布下循環(huán)取貨供應(yīng)物流路徑優(yōu)化模型,并設(shè)計(jì)了一種改進(jìn)的TSP遺傳算法求解;在中轉(zhuǎn)物流階段考慮節(jié)點(diǎn)屬性的變化,建立了存在三重屬性節(jié)點(diǎn)的中轉(zhuǎn)物流路徑優(yōu)化模型,并設(shè)計(jì)了一種雙層嵌套的遺傳算法求解。最后,通過數(shù)值實(shí)驗(yàn)和算例分析對模型和算法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。根據(jù)算例結(jié)果提煉了相關(guān)管理啟示及意義,從而為實(shí)際運(yùn)作提供了提供理論依據(jù)。其中,在供應(yīng)物流中城市環(huán)線和多車型的組合取貨能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)路徑的優(yōu)化和成本的降低;在中轉(zhuǎn)物流中基于產(chǎn)品流的物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中轉(zhuǎn)點(diǎn)選取與中轉(zhuǎn)物流路徑優(yōu)化方案,能夠通過適度集貨而降低運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, the trend of consumption tends to be convenient, fast, cheap and individualized. Only by constructing a high adaptive supply chain with the characteristics of low cost, rapid response and flexibility can enterprises succeed in the market competition. How to realize high service level timely distribution is one of the challenges of high adaptability supply chain management. The practice and theoretical research of supply chain management show that supply chain logistics network based on distribution center can reduce logistics cost by using scale effect. Based on this kind of theory and practice background, this paper takes the logistics distribution of the set distribution center in the supply chain as the foothold, and analyzes its decision making in different logistics stages. The path optimization model is established, and the optimized path scheme is solved. On the premise of practical investigation and literature study, this paper summarizes the structure of supply chain logistics network based on set distribution center. The decision factors of the distribution center in different logistics stages are refined. Then, for different logistics stages, the urban loop is introduced into the supply logistics stage. In this paper, a logistics route optimization model for cyclic delivery and supply with circular distribution of suppliers is established, and an improved TSP genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem, which takes into account the change of node attributes in the stage of transit logistics. The optimization model of transit logistics path with triple attribute nodes is established, and a bilevel nested genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem. The model and algorithm are verified by numerical experiment and example analysis. According to the results of numerical examples, the relevant management enlightenment and significance are extracted, which provides a theoretical basis for practical operation. In the supply logistics, the combination of urban loop and multi-vehicle type can realize the route optimization and cost reduction, and in the transit logistics, we can select the transfer point and optimize the transit logistics path based on the product flow. Be able to reduce transportation costs by properly stocking goods.
