廢舊汽車拆解工藝規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:步入二十一世紀,中國經濟發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的成就,伴隨大規(guī)模工業(yè)化生產,日益增多的廢棄產品對社會環(huán)境提出了巨大的考驗,同時生產產品消耗大量資源,廢棄帶來巨大的資源浪費,產品的回收、再利用問題已迫在眉睫,實用、經濟、環(huán)保的方法措施研究成為熱點。本文深入剖析了國內外廢舊汽車的拆解回收和拆解規(guī)劃研究現狀,在汽車結構研究的基礎上,探討了由于使用帶來的汽車拆解過程中的不確定性,綜合考慮產品部件實際不可拆卸性和經濟性以選擇經濟有效的拆解模式。立足于汽車拆解試驗,以桑塔納轎車為例進行了汽車拆解回收流程分析,包括車況診斷、預處理、車身拆解、內飾拆解、總成拆解及剪切打包等主要工序,深入分析和研究了整個拆解過程及其對于輔助信息的需求。在工藝分析的基礎上研究了拆解量和投資總額約束下汽車拆解模式的決策模型,為報廢汽車拆解回收投產方案的決策提供依據。最后,開發(fā)了廢舊汽車拆解工藝規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)原型,系統(tǒng)能夠有效進行拆解車間物流管理,并以可視化界面指導各工位操作工人的操作;谏鲜龉ぷ,對系統(tǒng)的主要功能效果進行了測試分析,實際驗證了系統(tǒng)的可行性和實用性。本文設計實現的廢舊汽車拆解工藝規(guī)劃系統(tǒng),為廢舊汽車拆解回收提供了一種能切實規(guī)范操作、提升運作效率、提高整體經濟性的方案。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, China's economic development has made remarkable achievements. With large-scale industrial production, the increasing number of discarded products put forward a huge test to the social environment, and the production of products consumes a lot of resources. Waste brings huge waste of resources, product recycling, reuse is imminent, practical, economic, The research on environmental protection methods and measures has become a hot spot. This paper deeply analyzes the present situation of the research on the dismantling, recycling and dismantling planning of used and end-of-life vehicles at home and abroad, and based on the research of automobile structure, This paper discusses the uncertainty in the process of automobile disassembly, considering the actual non-detachability and economy of the parts of the product, so as to select the economical and effective disassembly mode, based on the test of automobile disassembly. Taking Santana car as an example, the paper analyzes the process of automobile disassembly and recovery, including vehicle condition diagnosis, pretreatment, body disassembly, interior decoration disassembly, assembly disassembly and shearing packing, etc. Based on the process analysis, the decision model of automobile dismantling mode under the constraint of dismantling quantity and total investment is studied. Finally, the prototype of the process planning system is developed, which can effectively manage the logistics of the dismantling workshop. Based on the above work, the main functional effects of the system are tested and analyzed. The feasibility and practicability of the system are verified in practice. The design and implementation of the process planning system for the dismantling and recovery of used and used vehicles in this paper provides a scheme that can effectively standardize the operation, improve the operational efficiency and improve the overall economy.
