購(gòu)寶樂商業(yè)公司存貨管理優(yōu)化方案研究

【摘要】:在市場(chǎng)成熟和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,勞動(dòng)力和物業(yè)成本快速增長(zhǎng)的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境背景下,如何通過內(nèi)部管理優(yōu)化,改善企業(yè)狀況成為橫亙?cè)谏虡I(yè)連鎖企業(yè)面前亟待解決的問題。而存貨管理優(yōu)化作為提升商業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)的重要手段,首先能夠提高企業(yè)現(xiàn)金流周轉(zhuǎn)速度,改善資金使用效率;其次存貨管理有利于揭示企業(yè)發(fā)展過程存在的問題,促使企業(yè)采取進(jìn)一步的管理行動(dòng)改進(jìn)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理;最后,存貨管理工作的改善有利于改善目前商業(yè)連鎖企業(yè)普遍存在的零供關(guān)系僵局,為零售商和供應(yīng)商創(chuàng)造共同價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏。由此,存貨管理優(yōu)化將對(duì)于企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理工作具有顯著的意義。 鑒于存貨管理的現(xiàn)實(shí)性和迫切需要,本文以購(gòu)寶樂商業(yè)(湖南)有限公司存貨管理工作為研究對(duì)象,在供應(yīng)鏈管理、供應(yīng)商庫存管理和流程再造等管理理論的指導(dǎo)下,通過逐層推進(jìn)的方式,對(duì)購(gòu)寶樂商業(yè)(湖南)有限公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,從目前購(gòu)寶樂公司采購(gòu)、物流和信息系統(tǒng)三個(gè)維度出發(fā)對(duì)配送中心功能、采購(gòu)流程、管理控制體系和信息交互等方面管理工作進(jìn)行解析,發(fā)掘目前企業(yè)存貨管理面臨的問題。最后針對(duì)配送中心功能的完善、存貨管理流程的優(yōu)化、存貨管理績(jī)效考核建立和供應(yīng)鏈交互式信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)等方面提出優(yōu)化意見和改進(jìn)方案,并為優(yōu)化改進(jìn)的方案的實(shí)施制定了切實(shí)的保障方案,優(yōu)化方案實(shí)施后的預(yù)期成果進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。 全文從管理功能、流程控制和信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)等方面對(duì)于企業(yè)存貨管理工作具有一定的參考意義。同時(shí),本文基于供應(yīng)鏈管理整體思維思考,避免了單一企業(yè)視角的局限性,對(duì)于增強(qiáng)企業(yè)對(duì)外合作和協(xié)同具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)作用。
[Abstract]:In the background of mature market and increasingly fierce competition, and rapid growth of labor and property costs, how to optimize through internal management, Improving the situation of enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved in front of commercial chain enterprises. As an important means to improve the business performance, inventory management optimization can improve the cash flow turnover speed and the efficiency of capital use. Secondly, inventory management is helpful to reveal the problems existing in the process of enterprise development, and urge the enterprise to take further management actions to improve the enterprise management. Finally, Improved inventory management is conducive to the improvement of the prevailing zero-supply deadlock in business chains and the creation of common value for retailers and suppliers to achieve win-win results. Inventory management optimization will be significant for the internal management of enterprises. In view of the reality and urgent need of inventory management, this paper takes the inventory management work of Purchasing Bole Commercial (Hunan) Co., Ltd. as the research object, under the guidance of supply chain management, supplier inventory management and process reengineering, and so on, under the guidance of supply chain management, supplier inventory management and process reengineering, etc. Through the way of advancing layer by layer, this paper analyzes the development status and development environment of Purchasing Bole Commercial (Hunan) Co., Ltd., starting from the three dimensions of purchasing, logistics and information system, the function and process of distribution center. The management system and information exchange are analyzed to find out the problems that enterprises are facing in inventory management. Finally, aiming at the improvement of the function of distribution center, the optimization of inventory management process, The optimization suggestions and improvement schemes are put forward for the establishment of inventory management performance appraisal and the construction of interactive information system in supply chain, and the practical guarantee scheme is made for the implementation of the optimized and improved scheme. Optimize the expected results after the implementation of the program to forecast. This paper has some reference significance for enterprise inventory management from the aspects of management function, process control and information system construction. At the same time, based on the overall thinking of supply chain management, this paper avoids the limitation of single enterprise perspective. To enhance the cooperation and cooperation with foreign enterprises has a certain practical role.
