【摘要】：本次翻譯是作者在完成大連市城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)委員會與大連市工商行政管理局制定的《裝飾裝修施工合同》和某物流公司與客戶簽訂的《運輸合同》的翻譯工作的基礎(chǔ)上撰寫。大連市城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)委員會與大連市工商行政管理局制定的《裝飾裝修施工合同》和某物流公司與客戶簽訂的《運輸合同》的翻譯工作的目標與意義為,在目的論三原則的指導(dǎo)下準確嚴謹?shù)赝瓿煞g任務(wù),明確雙方在雙方共同締結(jié)的經(jīng)濟活動中的權(quán)利與義務(wù),準確傳達原合同要傳達的信息,避免因合同翻譯的失誤而影響經(jīng)濟活動,使經(jīng)濟活動能夠順利進行,商業(yè)交往順利達成。在本翻譯報告中,作者先對商務(wù)合同翻譯研究的背景、目的和意義進行了闡述,在翻閱大量資料的前提下了解到了前人的研究現(xiàn)狀,然后介紹了整個翻譯任務(wù):包括翻譯項目、主要內(nèi)容及項目意義;其次,以翻譯目的論為理論基礎(chǔ)并以其倡導(dǎo)的一系列法則(目的法則、連貫性法則和忠實性法則)為指導(dǎo)原則進行翻譯實踐;再次,就原文與譯文的實例從詞匯、句子幾個方面進行分析和總結(jié);最后,作者對自己在翻譯實踐中的得失進行了總結(jié)。在目的論目的原則、連貫原則、忠實原則的指導(dǎo)下,作者進行了商務(wù)合同的翻譯實踐,通過實踐與分析總結(jié),在詞匯和句法方面積累和總結(jié)了一定的翻譯經(jīng)驗,但是由于作者的翻譯水平和翻譯經(jīng)驗都有限,所以所總結(jié)的經(jīng)驗也具有一定的局限性。
[Abstract]:This translation is the basis of the translation of the "Decoration and Decoration Construction contract" between the Dalian Urban and Rural Construction Committee and the Dalian Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce and the "contract of Transportation" signed between a logistics company and a customer. The objectives and significance of the translation of the "Decoration and Decoration Construction contract" between the Dalian Urban and Rural Construction Committee and the Dalian Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Transport contract signed between a logistics company and its customers are:. Under the guidance of the three principles of Skopos, the translation task is completed accurately and rigorously, the rights and obligations of the two sides in the economic activities concluded by the two sides are clearly defined, and the information to be conveyed by the original contract is accurately conveyed. In this translation report, the author first expounds the background, purpose and significance of the study on the translation of business contracts. On the premise of reading a lot of materials, I know the current situation of previous studies, and then introduce the whole translation task: including the translation project, the main content and the significance of the project; secondly, The translation practice is based on the Skopos theory and a series of principles (Skopos, coherence and faithfulness) advocated by the Skopos Theory. Finally, the author sums up his own gain and loss in translation practice. Under the guidance of Skopos principle, coherence principle and faithfulness principle, the author carries on the translation practice of business contract. Through practice and analysis, some translation experiences have been accumulated and summarized in lexical and syntactic aspects. However, due to the limited translation level and translation experience of the author, the experience has certain limitations.
