A企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流設(shè)施規(guī)劃與仿真研究

【摘要】:本文以A汽車輪胎制造企業(yè)為主要的研究對象,由于A企業(yè)要投資新建工廠,所以要用國內(nèi)外普遍認(rèn)可的系統(tǒng)設(shè)施規(guī)劃布置方法就是系統(tǒng)設(shè)施布置(SLP)的方法,構(gòu)建企業(yè)相關(guān)設(shè)施模型,通過對輪胎生產(chǎn)加工制造的整個工藝流程的了解,確定各個作業(yè)單位之間的相互物流關(guān)系,計(jì)算與分析出相關(guān)設(shè)施的位置相關(guān)圖與面積相關(guān)圖,合理的分析出各個生產(chǎn)車間的布置位置情況,得出比較合理的布置方案,然后運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)評價方法中的層次分析法,之后構(gòu)建相關(guān)的遞階層次結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)造對應(yīng)的判斷矩陣,通過公式進(jìn)行計(jì)算,最后得到最精確最合理的布置方案。基于Flexsim系統(tǒng)仿真軟件對該方案進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的仿真模擬分析,主要是為了驗(yàn)證運(yùn)用AHP法得出的最佳設(shè)備布置方案組織的生產(chǎn)工藝流程是否滿足生產(chǎn)要求,確定規(guī)劃中是否存在瓶頸,仿真之后找到相應(yīng)的解決辦法,確保物流通暢。
[Abstract]:This paper takes A automobile tire manufacturing enterprise as the main research object, because A enterprise wants to invest in the new factory, so must use the system facility layout method which is generally accepted at home and abroad is the system facility layout / SLP method. Through the understanding of the whole technological process of tire production and manufacturing, the mutual logistics relationship between each operation unit is determined, and the location correlation map and area correlation map of the related facilities are calculated and analyzed. Reasonable analysis of the location of each production workshop, a more reasonable layout scheme, and then use the analytic hierarchy process in the system evaluation method, and then build the related hierarchical structure, construct the corresponding judgment matrix, Through the formula calculation, the most accurate and reasonable layout scheme is obtained. The corresponding simulation analysis of the scheme is carried out based on the Flexsim system simulation software. The main purpose of this paper is to verify whether the production process flow of the best equipment layout scheme based on AHP method meets the production requirements, to determine whether there are bottlenecks in the planning, and to find the corresponding solution after simulation to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
