【摘要】：中國的經(jīng)驗事實表明,電子商務交易額與最終消費、全社會固定資產(chǎn)投資及進出口貿(mào)易均存在著顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,有利于宏觀經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。而從境內(nèi)電子商務和跨境電子商務兩個維度,在國際經(jīng)濟商業(yè)周期理論框架下,結(jié)合異質(zhì)性企業(yè)理論,構(gòu)建兩國開放經(jīng)濟動態(tài)隨機一般均衡模型的分析表明,電子商務所帶來的企業(yè)進入成本沖擊會影響宏觀經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,在長期,境內(nèi)電子商務和跨境電子商務均能促進消費、擴大投資、增加出口、提高GDP,但在短期內(nèi),境內(nèi)電子商務會導致國內(nèi)投資、出口及產(chǎn)出的下降,跨境電子商務可能導致國內(nèi)投資下降。為此,應依托大型網(wǎng)絡平臺,拓寬企業(yè)信用甄別渠道,緩解市場信息不對稱問題,推動跨境電子商務物流體系建設,加快建設跨境網(wǎng)上結(jié)算和金融服務平臺,構(gòu)建互聯(lián)互通互享的信息體系、可驗可測可挖的智能物流體系、一站式在線金融服務體系、一體化電子商務信用體系、統(tǒng)計監(jiān)測預警服務體系以及風險防控服務體系。
[Abstract]:China ' s empirical facts show that there is a significant positive correlation between e - commerce transaction amount and final consumption , investment in fixed assets of whole society and import and export trade , which is conducive to the development of macro economy . In the short term , electronic commerce can promote consumption , expand investment , increase exports and increase GDP . In the short term , domestic e - commerce will lead to the decline of domestic investment , export and output , and build up the information system of cross - border e - commerce logistics system . It can be used to speed up the construction of cross - border e - commerce logistics system , speed up the construction of cross - border e - commerce logistics system , speed up the construction of cross - border e - commerce logistics system , accelerate the construction of cross - border e - commerce logistics system , build up cross - border online financial services system , integrate electronic commerce credit system , statistical monitoring and early warning service system and risk control service system .
