【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界,經(jīng)濟全球化和全球產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈分工合作加劇,電子產(chǎn)品設(shè)計制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈分工趨于細化,出現(xiàn)了大量的電子造服務(wù)(EMS)的代工企業(yè),如：富士康,偉創(chuàng)力,捷普,天弘等,來協(xié)助原始設(shè)備制造商(OEM)進行產(chǎn)品的制造和服務(wù)。在相互合作越來越緊密的情況下,制造企業(yè)也將服務(wù)的領(lǐng)域從簡單的制造向前端拓展至協(xié)助產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)。為了吸收電子制造企業(yè)在制造方面的經(jīng)驗,和加快新品開發(fā)和上市的進度,節(jié)約開發(fā)成本,越來越多的原始設(shè)備制造商也將代工企業(yè)引入到產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中來。本研究著眼于原始設(shè)備制造商和代工企業(yè)的協(xié)同設(shè)計制造,著重研究電子制造企業(yè)如何參與到原始設(shè)備制造商的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)制造中去,如何協(xié)助研發(fā),制造的全過程,使得產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)制造得以更高品質(zhì),更高效率,更快的速度,更低的成本。F公司是全球知名的電子專業(yè)制造服務(wù)供應(yīng)商,總部設(shè)在新加坡,公司企業(yè)遍布五大洲,公司致力于為工業(yè)、汽車、醫(yī)療、通訊及科技企業(yè)提供創(chuàng)新性的設(shè)計與制造服務(wù)。通過其遍布全球的網(wǎng)點,為客戶提供電子產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、制造、運輸及維護服務(wù)。這種全球化規(guī)模為客戶提供的完備的設(shè)計、工程、以及核心電子制造與物流服務(wù),使得客戶的成本降低,產(chǎn)品的上市時間縮短,幫助客戶的經(jīng)營得以優(yōu)化。本文以F公司蘇州新品制造為一個研究個案,研究在協(xié)同設(shè)計制造的過程中,電子制造企業(yè)如何提升自身的能力和管理水平,以最快的速度,最短的時間,最優(yōu)的品質(zhì)來為原始設(shè)備制造商提供新品開發(fā)制造服務(wù)。根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)的需要來設(shè)計工作流程,配置資源,整合資源,最終達成具備高效的新產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計制造能力。
[Abstract]:In today's world, economic globalization and global industrial chain cooperation intensifies, the division of labor in electronic product design manufacturing industry chain tends to be refined, a large number of electronic manufacturing services EMS-based contract enterprises, such as: Foxconn. Flextronics, Jeep, Tianhong, etc., to assist original equipment manufacturers to carry out the manufacturing and service of their products. Manufacturing companies are also expanding the range of services from simple manufacturing to front end to assisting in product development. In order to absorb the manufacturing experience of electronic manufacturing enterprises and speed up the development and marketing of new products. More and more original equipment manufacturers also introduce contract manufacturers into product design. This study focuses on the collaborative design and manufacture of original equipment manufacturers and contract enterprises. Focus on how electronic manufacturing enterprises to participate in the original equipment manufacturer's product R & D manufacturing, how to assist in R & D, manufacturing process, so that the product development and manufacturing can be higher quality, higher efficiency. Faster, lower cost. F is a world-renowned electronics professional manufacturing service provider, headquartered in Singapore, the company companies across the five continents, the company is committed to industrial, automotive, medical care. Communication and technology companies provide innovative design and manufacturing services. Through its global network, we provide customers with electronic product design, manufacturing. Transportation and maintenance Services. This global scale provides customers with complete design, engineering, and core electronic manufacturing and logistics services, resulting in lower customer costs and shorter product time to market. This paper takes Suzhou New Product Manufacturing of F Company as a case study to study how to improve the ability and management level of electronic manufacturing enterprises in the process of collaborative design and manufacturing. With the fastest speed, the shortest time, the best quality to provide the original equipment manufacturer with the new product development and manufacture service. According to the business need to design the workflow, configure the resources, integrate the resources. Finally, a new product with efficient collaborative design and manufacturing capability is reached.
