唐津高速公路通行能力研究及路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃分析

【摘要】:我國高速公路的發(fā)展初期大部分的建設投資成本很高,主要是對高速公路通行能力的分析不夠準確而造成的。與此同時,高速公路收費站配置的不合理,通行能力預期估計過高,造成在車輛流動量高峰時段出現(xiàn)交通擁堵,從而對高速公路的安全和運輸效率產(chǎn)生了較大的影響。此外,我國人們在網(wǎng)上購物的人數(shù)增多使得物流事業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,近幾年私人擁有汽車的數(shù)量高速增加明顯體現(xiàn)了人們生活質量的提升,國家節(jié)假日客車免費的政策出臺,這些都造成了高速公路的車輛承載量接近于飽和,F(xiàn)狀車流量完全超出高速公路設計規(guī)劃的通行能力。因此,探索研究高速公路的通行能力,合理的規(guī)劃完善高速公路的路網(wǎng)建設是當前研究的重點。目前和未來一個時期內(nèi),項目影響區(qū)的社會經(jīng)濟將處于高速發(fā)展的階段,唐津高速公路的交通量仍將保持較高的增長速度。隨著沿線區(qū)域城鎮(zhèn)化水平的提高,城鎮(zhèn)人口會不斷增加,必然導致區(qū)域出行總次數(shù)的增加,區(qū)域交通線上的交通量也將隨之上升;沿線區(qū)域除中心城市規(guī)模不斷擴大以外,中小城鎮(zhèn)的城市化水平提高速度也很快,城鎮(zhèn)化水平的提高帶來交通量的增長。交通需求大量增加完全是由區(qū)域迅速發(fā)展的機器自動化以及國家汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)和消費政策的影響而造成的,而人們?nèi)諠u多樣化的出行目的和需求更高的交通服務,也更高的要求區(qū)域交通的各項指標,目前唐津高速公路已接近飽和的通行狀況、通行條件已不能適應未來的交通發(fā)展。本文定量的對通行能力這一問題進行分析,采用理論與實踐相結合的方式,進行深入的探討和研究。首先概述高速公路通行能力的基本理論,接著分析高速公路通行能力的影響因素及修正系數(shù),并系統(tǒng)的分析介紹高速公路服務水平,然后根據(jù)實際測量的唐津高速的交通量,運用本文介紹的理論知識對唐津高速公路進行了實際的通行能力的分析,最后對唐津高速公路遠景的交通量進行預測,通過對唐津高速公路的通行能力分析來對整個高速公路路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃進行分析。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the development of expressway in our country, most of the construction investment cost is very high, which is mainly caused by the inaccurate analysis of the expressway traffic capacity. At the same time, the allocation of toll stations on the highway is unreasonable. The expected capacity is overestimated, resulting in traffic congestion during the peak period of vehicle flow, which has a greater impact on the safety and transport efficiency of the highway. The increase in the number of people shopping on the Internet in China makes the development of logistics rapidly. In recent years, the number of privately owned cars has increased rapidly, which obviously reflects the improvement of people's quality of life. The national holiday bus free policy was issued, which resulted in the freeway vehicle carrying capacity approaching saturation. The current traffic volume is completely beyond the capacity of highway design planning. Therefore. It is the focus of current research to explore and study the capacity of freeway, and to plan and perfect the highway network construction reasonably. At present and in a period of time in the future. The social economy of the area affected by the project will be in the stage of rapid development, and the traffic volume of the Tangjin Expressway will still maintain a relatively high growth speed. With the improvement of urbanization level along the area along the road, the urban population will continue to increase. It will inevitably lead to the increase of the total number of regional trips, and the traffic volume on the regional traffic lines will also rise with it. In addition to the continuous expansion of the scale of central cities along the road, the level of urbanization of small and medium-sized towns is also increasing rapidly. The increase of the level of urbanization leads to the growth of traffic volume. The increase of traffic demand is caused by the rapid development of regional machine automation and the impact of national automobile industry and consumption policies. And people increasingly diversification of travel purposes and higher demand for transport services, but also higher requirements for regional traffic indicators, the current Tangjin Expressway is close to saturated traffic conditions. Traffic conditions can no longer adapt to the future traffic development. This paper quantitatively analyzes the problem of capacity, using the combination of theory and practice. Firstly, it summarizes the basic theory of freeway capacity, then analyzes the influence factors and correction coefficient of expressway traffic capacity, and systematically analyzes and introduces the expressway service level. Then according to the actual traffic volume of Tangjin Expressway, using the theoretical knowledge introduced in this paper, the actual traffic capacity of Tang-Jin Expressway is analyzed, and the traffic volume of Tang-Jin Expressway is forecasted. Through the analysis of the capacity of Tangjin Expressway, the whole highway network planning is analyzed.
