【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的普及與不斷發(fā)展,促使企業(yè)必須不斷提高自身信息化建設(shè),增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。作為重要的傳統(tǒng)行業(yè),煙草行業(yè)也應(yīng)該緊跟時(shí)代發(fā)展的步伐,將先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù)融入到企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)中。在這種趨勢(shì)下,本文通過(guò)調(diào)研考察河南省某市煙草公司當(dāng)前的卷煙營(yíng)銷與物流信息管理情況,為其設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套卷煙訂貨與物流信息管理系統(tǒng),用以解決該市煙草公司卷煙營(yíng)銷現(xiàn)代化水平低、客戶滿意度低以及物流信息管理整合程度低等問(wèn)題,為提高煙草公司的業(yè)務(wù)拓展能力和數(shù)字化精細(xì)管理水平提供有效的技術(shù)支持。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容就是該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的過(guò)程。論文首先介紹了系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)背景及意義,講述了當(dāng)今信息技術(shù)發(fā)展對(duì)中國(guó)煙草行業(yè)產(chǎn)生的深遠(yuǎn)影響,其次對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)述,說(shuō)明了本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)符合行業(yè)發(fā)展,之后對(duì)相關(guān)開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)行介紹,通過(guò)對(duì)C/S和B/S兩種結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,最終選擇了B/S結(jié)構(gòu)框架,并且使用HTML、CSS和JavaScript進(jìn)行前端設(shè)計(jì),PHP技術(shù)進(jìn)行編程開(kāi)發(fā),同時(shí)選擇選擇Laravel框架作為PHP開(kāi)發(fā)框架,Apache作為Web服務(wù)器,MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)存儲(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)和系統(tǒng)測(cè)試。其中需求分析借助用例圖展現(xiàn),系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)又分為系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)功能設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)包括前端網(wǎng)頁(yè)和后臺(tái)代碼,系統(tǒng)測(cè)試包括功能測(cè)試和性能測(cè)試。本系統(tǒng)從實(shí)際出發(fā),共設(shè)計(jì)了6個(gè)模塊:網(wǎng)上訂貨模塊、營(yíng)銷中心管理模塊、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心管理、分揀中心管理模塊、配送中心管理模塊和系統(tǒng)管理模塊。系統(tǒng)的投入使用,不僅可以為該市卷煙零售戶提供了網(wǎng)上訂貨平臺(tái),節(jié)省了時(shí)間,提升了訂貨成功率,還實(shí)現(xiàn)了該市煙草公司的營(yíng)銷、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、分揀、配送等各部門之間的數(shù)據(jù)共享和信息交互,從而提高了整個(gè)煙草公司的業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量和工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the popularization and continuous development of Internet technology, enterprises must constantly improve their own information construction, enhance the competitiveness of the industry. As an important traditional industry, the tobacco industry should also keep pace with the development of the times. Under this trend, this paper investigates the current situation of cigarette marketing and logistics information management of a tobacco company in Henan province. A cigarette ordering and logistics information management system is designed and implemented to solve the problems such as low level of tobacco marketing modernization, low customer satisfaction and low level of integration of logistics information management. In order to improve the ability of business expansion and digital fine management of tobacco companies to provide effective technical support. The main research content of this paper is the process of design and implementation of the system. Firstly, the paper introduces the development of the system. Scene and meaning. This paper describes the far-reaching impact of the development of information technology on the tobacco industry in China. Secondly, it briefly describes the current research situation at home and abroad, and explains that the design of the system is in line with the development of the industry. After the introduction of relevant development technologies, through the comparison of C / S and B / S structure advantages and disadvantages, the final choice of the B / S structure framework, and use HTML. CSS and JavaScript are used for front-end design and programming, and Laravel framework is chosen as PHP development framework. Apache is used as a Web server to store data in the database management system. On this basis, the system needs analysis and system design. System function realization and system testing. Requirement analysis is presented by use case diagram. The system design is divided into system architecture design, network topology design, detailed function design and database design. The system function realization includes front-end web page and back-end code, and system testing includes function test and performance test. From the practical point of view, the system has designed six modules: online ordering module, marketing center management module. Storage center management, sorting center management module, distribution center management module and system management module. The system put into use, not only for the city cigarette retailers to provide online ordering platform, saving time. The success rate of ordering is improved, and the data sharing and information exchange among the marketing, warehousing, sorting, distribution and other departments of the tobacco company in the city are realized, thus improving the business quality and working efficiency of the whole tobacco company.
