【摘要】：現階段,有機蔬菜的發(fā)展擁有較多的目標消費人群和廣闊的消費市場,但目前國內大面積、高標準、配套齊全、綜合性較強并嚴格按照有機蔬菜生產規(guī)程的標準化生產基地不多,且存在基地建設不成規(guī)模、管理粗放、公司有機認證機制不夠完善等一系列問題,所以,建設一個標準化生產的有機蔬菜基地就顯得尤為重要。長沙天野有機農業(yè)有限責任公司是一家集有機蔬菜種苗供應、生產、檢測、經營、配送、科研與技術培訓于一體的市級農業(yè)產業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)。根據公司發(fā)展規(guī)劃,為進一步加速發(fā)展,完善企業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)基地,公司決定在瀏陽市沿溪鎮(zhèn)沙龍村立項建設“長沙天野沿溪萬畝示范片有機蔬菜基地綜合開發(fā)項目”天野沿溪有機蔬菜基地占地面積3177畝,總投資6080萬元,分為核心工程區(qū)、生產示范區(qū)、冷鏈物流加工配送中心區(qū)。主體建設內容包括：6000平方米的新品種新技術展示中心、100畝的現代育苗中心、400平方米的研發(fā)中心、400平方米檢測中心、60畝的冷鏈物流加工配送中心,并整合當地現有16家蔬菜專業(yè)種植合作社與周邊蔬菜種植農戶,建設3000畝蔬菜示范種植片(概稱為“五個中心一個示范片項目”)。其中,新品種新技術展示中心投資800萬元,共建設八個功能展示模塊,集觀光示范、新品種新技術新設施展示、實用新技術培訓等多功能為一體；現代育苗中心投資740萬元,建設單棟3000平方米的育苗溫室3棟以及單體面積為250平方米的育苗塑料大棚200個,建成后年育苗總量可達1200～1400萬株,全年約可供應6000～8000畝地的生產用苗；研發(fā)中心投資250萬元,主要用于有機蔬菜新品種選育、承擔國家級及省級科研項目和蔬菜栽培方式的探索；檢測中心投資100萬元,設有有機認證室、檢測室等,檢測結果及時上傳至農殘檢測管理系統(tǒng),并同步到公司網站,方便消費者瀏覽和查閱產品信息；冷鏈物流加工配送中心投資3000萬元,其建設可降低蔬菜損耗,提高蔬菜產品質量,保證產品的配送全程冷鏈；蔬菜示范種植片由企業(yè)帶頭成立專業(yè)種植協會,以農戶為單位種植有機蔬菜,公司提供資金、種植技術、銷售管理等全方位服務,使生產與效益掛鉤,控制生產成本,從而促進當地蔬菜產業(yè)的迅速、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of organic vegetables has more target consumers and a broad consumer market, but the current domestic large area, high standards, complete sets. There are not many standardized production bases in accordance with the organic vegetable production rules, and there are a series of problems, such as the construction of the base is not large, the management is extensive, the company's organic certification mechanism is not perfect, and so on. The construction of a standardized production of organic vegetables base is particularly important. Changsha Amano Organic Agriculture Co., Ltd. is a collection of organic vegetable seedling supply, production, testing, management, distribution. Scientific research and technical training in an integrated municipal agricultural industrialization leading enterprises. According to the company's development plan, to further accelerate development, improve the enterprise talent training base. The company decided to set up a project in Sharon village, Yanxi town, Liuyang city for the construction of "comprehensive development project of organic vegetable base along 10, 000 mu in Changsha Tienye river", which covers an area of 3, 177 mu. The total investment is 60.8 million yuan, divided into core engineering area, production demonstration area, cold chain logistics processing and distribution center. The main construction contents include the new variety and new technology exhibition center of 6, 000 square meters. 100 mu of modern nursery center 400 square meters of research and development center 400 square meters of testing center 60 mu of cold chain logistics processing and distribution center. And the integration of the local existing 16 vegetable cooperatives and the surrounding vegetable farmers, the construction of 3000 mu of vegetable demonstration planting film (generally referred to as "five centers one demonstration film project"). The new variety and new technology exhibition center will invest 8 million yuan to build eight function display modules, including sightseeing demonstration, new variety, new technology and new facilities display, practical and new technology training and so on. The modern nursery center has invested 7.4 million yuan to build 3 000 square meters seedling raising greenhouses and 200 plastic plastic greenhouses with an area of 250 square meters. After completion, the annual seedling production amount can reach 1 200 ~ 14 million plants, which can supply about 6 000 ~ 8 000 mu of productive seedlings in the whole year. The R & D center invested 2.5 million yuan, mainly used for the selection of new organic vegetable varieties, undertaking national and provincial scientific research projects and the exploration of vegetable cultivation methods; The testing center invested 1 million yuan, with organic certification room, testing room, etc., the test results were uploaded to the management system of the agricultural disability detection in time, and synchronized to the company website, which made it convenient for consumers to browse and consult the product information; Cold chain logistics processing and distribution center investment 30 million yuan, its construction can reduce the loss of vegetables, improve the quality of vegetable products, to ensure the distribution of products throughout the cold chain; The vegetable demonstration planter is set up by the enterprise to take the lead to set up the professional planting association, with the peasant household as the unit to grow the organic vegetable, the company provides the fund, the planting technology, the sale management and so on omni-directional service, causes the production to link with the benefit. Control production costs, thus promoting the rapid and stable development of the local vegetable industry.
