【摘要】：對(duì)卷煙綠色物流績(jī)效進(jìn)行定性與定量評(píng)價(jià)分析,能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)施卷煙綠色物流的不足,為物流中心改進(jìn)和提高卷煙綠色物流水平提供參考和依據(jù),對(duì)卷煙綠色物流的科學(xué)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理以及生態(tài)環(huán)境的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展有著重要意義。本文在軟件工程指導(dǎo)下,基于三角模糊數(shù)的層次分析方法AHP,采用MVC、Thinkphp技術(shù)和MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù),開展了卷煙綠色物流績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)分析系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用,主要研究結(jié)果如下：1、依托中華人民共和國(guó)煙草行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范與統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)體系,從卷煙綠色倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、卷煙綠色分揀、卷煙綠色配送運(yùn)輸和綜合指標(biāo)4個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了卷煙綠色物流績(jī)效指標(biāo)體系。2、設(shè)計(jì)了本系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)；同時(shí),采用MVC、Thinkphp技術(shù)和MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于AHP的卷煙綠色物流績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)分析系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。3、應(yīng)用本系統(tǒng)對(duì)2014年第1季度湘西自治州卷煙綠色物流績(jī)效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析。實(shí)證指出,卷煙綠色物流績(jī)效綜合得分為69.91,處于良好水平；卷煙綠色倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)績(jī)效、卷煙綠色運(yùn)輸績(jī)效、卷煙綠色配送運(yùn)輸績(jī)效、綜合指標(biāo)績(jī)效分別得分為85.09、71.07、52.77和91.42；同時(shí)還得到了煙綠色物流績(jī)效中4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)下的23個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)的相應(yīng)績(jī)效得分情況；并且表明了本系統(tǒng)的可行性、有效性與實(shí)用性,能夠輔助卷煙綠色物流的科學(xué)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理。
[Abstract]:Qualitative and quantitative evaluation of cigarette green logistics performance analysis can find the implementation of green cigarette logistics deficiencies and provide a reference and basis for the logistics center to improve and improve the level of green cigarette logistics. It is of great significance to the scientific management of cigarette green logistics and the sustainable development of ecological environment. Under the guidance of software engineering, this paper adopts MVC based on the AHP method of triangular fuzzy number. Thinkphp technology and MySQL database technology, the development and application of cigarette green logistics performance evaluation system, the main results are as follows: 1. Relying on the relevant standards of the tobacco industry standards of the people's Republic of China, norms and statistical index system, from the green storage of cigarettes, cigarette green sorting. The performance index system of cigarette green logistics is constructed from four aspects of green distribution transportation and comprehensive index. The system function structure and database are designed. At the same time, the development of cigarette green logistics performance evaluation system based on AHP and MySQL database technology is developed. 3. This system is used to evaluate and analyze the performance of cigarette green logistics in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture in in the first quarter of 2014. It is pointed out that the comprehensive score of cigarette green logistics performance is 69.91, which is at a good level. The performance of green storage of cigarettes, green transportation of cigarettes and green distribution of cigarettes were 85.09 / 71.07 / 52.77 and 91.42 respectively. At the same time, we get the corresponding performance scores of 23 secondary indicators under 4 first-level indicators of tobacco green logistics performance; The feasibility, effectiveness and practicability of the system are demonstrated, and it can assist the scientific management of cigarette green logistics.
