【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,供應(yīng)鏈中上下游成員之間的關(guān)系不斷復(fù)雜化,供應(yīng)鏈管理模式在工業(yè)制造企業(yè)和商品流通企業(yè)中得到越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用,供應(yīng)鏈中上下游企業(yè)之間的協(xié)同問題成為學(xué)者和企業(yè)決策者共同關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。在導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈中,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同也成為研究的新熱點(diǎn)。本文首先基于導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈國內(nèi)外研究與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈及特征進(jìn)行研究,從系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的角度提出導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈的定義。同時(shí),從協(xié)同系統(tǒng)、信息價(jià)值以及契約理論三個(gè)方面對供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述。其次,本文對導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,構(gòu)建了導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),并構(gòu)建基于三維立體、立體展開式和三協(xié)同點(diǎn)構(gòu)平面式導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同結(jié)構(gòu)模型,以及基于戰(zhàn)略層、信息共享層和業(yè)務(wù)層協(xié)同的導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)協(xié)同模型。此外,還分別構(gòu)建了導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同信息模型、供應(yīng)商選擇模型及物流企業(yè)成熟度模型。在信息模型中,分析信息共享和信息不共享?xiàng)l件下,以及協(xié)同決策和非協(xié)同決策情況下,導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)的價(jià)格、生產(chǎn)數(shù)量及系統(tǒng)利潤的變化情況,驗(yàn)證信息共享與協(xié)同契約機(jī)制對導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)協(xié)同的重要作用,闡述導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈的信息共享模式的有效性;在導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)商選擇模型中,針對導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)商的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建基于模糊理論和質(zhì)量功能屋的供應(yīng)商選擇模型;在物流企業(yè)成熟度模型中,基于涌現(xiàn)理論從剛性能力和柔性能力角度對關(guān)鍵能力元素進(jìn)行選取,將成熟度劃分為5個(gè)等級(初始級、成長級、競爭級、優(yōu)化級和卓越級),并構(gòu)建成熟度模型。最后,在科學(xué)性和現(xiàn)實(shí)性相結(jié)合、系統(tǒng)性、質(zhì)與量統(tǒng)一、可比性、靜態(tài)與動(dòng)態(tài)相結(jié)合、復(fù)雜性與簡潔性相一致的原則下,本文對導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同測度模型進(jìn)行研究,構(gòu)建包含信息流、物流、資金流、管理流和市場流在內(nèi)的導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同指標(biāo)體系,提出以復(fù)合熵權(quán)法測度模型中變量權(quán)系數(shù),構(gòu)建基于復(fù)合熵權(quán)的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同程度測度模型。結(jié)合我國導(dǎo)彈批生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際情況,提出構(gòu)建其協(xié)同系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)政策和優(yōu)化建議,這對我國導(dǎo)彈研究單位進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)同和優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)具有重要的指導(dǎo)作用和決策參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, the relationship between upstream and downstream members in supply chain is becoming more and more complicated. Supply chain management model has been more and more widely used in industrial manufacturing enterprises and commodity circulation enterprises. The problem of collaboration between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain has become the common focus of scholars and enterprise decision makers, in the missile batch production supply chain. How to realize the cooperation has become a new research hotspot. Firstly, based on the domestic and foreign research and development status of missile batch production supply chain, this paper studies the missile batch production supply chain and its characteristics. From the point of view of system science, the definition of missile batch production supply chain is put forward. At the same time, the related theories of supply chain are expounded from three aspects: collaborative system, information value and contract theory. In this paper, the missile batch production supply chain is systematically analyzed, and the framework of missile batch production supply chain collaborative system is constructed, which is based on three-dimensional. In addition, the cooperative model of missile batch production supply chain based on strategic layer, information sharing layer and business layer is also proposed. In addition, the cooperative information model, supplier selection model and logistics enterprise maturity model of missile batch production supply chain are constructed respectively. In the information model, the information sharing and information non-sharing conditions are analyzed. And the price, quantity and system profit of missile batch production in the case of cooperative decision and non-cooperative decision. Verify the important role of information sharing and collaboration contract mechanism to the missile batch production supply chain system collaboration, expound the effectiveness of the missile batch production supply chain information sharing mode. In the supplier selection model of missile batch production, the supplier selection model based on fuzzy theory and quality function house is constructed according to the characteristics of missile batch production supplier. In the maturity model of logistics enterprises, based on the emergence theory, the key capability elements are selected from the point of view of rigidity and flexibility, and the maturity is divided into five levels (initial level, growth level and competition level). Finally, in the scientific and realistic combination, systematic, qualitative and quantitative unity, comparability, static and dynamic combination. Under the principle of consistent complexity and conciseness, this paper studies the cooperative measurement model of missile batch production supply chain, and constructs information flow, logistics and capital flow. The cooperative index system of missile batch production supply chain, which includes management flow and market flow, is proposed to measure the variable weight coefficient in the model by using compound entropy weight method. A supply chain coordination degree measurement model based on compound entropy weight is constructed. According to the actual situation of China's missile batch production supply chain system, the relevant policies and optimization suggestions are put forward. It has important guiding function and decision reference value for the cooperation and optimization of supply chain in missile research units of our country.
