【摘要】：近些年,隨著人們飲食結(jié)構(gòu)的改變,冷鏈?zhǔn)称沸枨笱杆贁U(kuò)大,應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的冷鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)模也隨之壯大。然而,縱觀吉林省農(nóng)民增產(chǎn)不增收、優(yōu)質(zhì)不優(yōu)價(jià)的現(xiàn)象也反映了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通滯后和冷藏保鮮技術(shù)落后所產(chǎn)生的問題。雖然現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)冷鏈物流逐步發(fā)展,但是由于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品具有季節(jié)性強(qiáng)和易腐爛等特點(diǎn),對(duì)加工、存儲(chǔ)和運(yùn)輸條件中涉及的冷鏈物流技術(shù)要求較高。吉林省在做強(qiáng)做大農(nóng)業(yè)的同時(shí),如何保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的全生命周期過程,并降低農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格波動(dòng)給農(nóng)民帶來的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值得思考和探索。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈作為物流的一種特殊形態(tài),跨越了多個(gè)行業(yè)和部門,其研究對(duì)象對(duì)時(shí)間和品質(zhì)要求極高。為確保冷鏈農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,下文從我省(吉林省)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流實(shí)際情況出發(fā),以果蔬為代表,重點(diǎn)分析果蔬產(chǎn)品從摘取直至送達(dá)顧客手中全生命周期過程,結(jié)合農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的特點(diǎn),闡述物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用的可行性及必要性,然后提出適合冷鏈物流企業(yè)發(fā)展的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用框架,目的是能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)構(gòu)建起一個(gè)系統(tǒng)性、可操作的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)架構(gòu)體系。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流中的應(yīng)用,是以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)三層架構(gòu)體系為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)冷鏈物流特點(diǎn),將其中具有重要作用的模塊和技術(shù)做整合。在應(yīng)用服務(wù)層,根據(jù)應(yīng)用需求的不同,將農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的主體分為三類,即對(duì)政府相關(guān)部門、冷鏈企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者進(jìn)行需求分析。在信息感知層,對(duì)采摘、冷凍加工、配運(yùn)、銷售流程中所需采集的信息,利用無線射頻技術(shù),傳感器技術(shù)和視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)對(duì)生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行全程跟蹤監(jiān)控,政府相關(guān)部門和消費(fèi)者可以追溯每個(gè)階段的產(chǎn)品信息,冷鏈企業(yè)可及時(shí)獲取冷鏈各階段信息,進(jìn)行責(zé)任劃分和提高作業(yè)效率。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸層,我們結(jié)合了有線和無線的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸方式,將數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)嚼滏溒髽I(yè)的服務(wù)器和政府監(jiān)管部門的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用平臺(tái)備案,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息及時(shí)共享和減少信息不對(duì)稱,使整個(gè)冷鏈流程變得透明。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the change of people's diet structure, the demand for cold-chain food is expanding rapidly, the cold-chain industry has developed rapidly, and the scale of cold-chain logistics infrastructure of agricultural products has also expanded. Throughout Jilin Province farmers do not increase income, the phenomenon of poor quality price also reflects the agricultural products circulation lag and cold storage technology backward problems, although at the present stage of the development of cold chain logistics in China. However, due to the seasonal strong and perishable characteristics of agricultural products, the processing, storage and transportation conditions involved in the cold chain logistics technology requirements are high. Jilin Province in the stronger and bigger agriculture at the same time. How to protect the whole life cycle process of agricultural products and reduce the risks brought to farmers by price fluctuation of agricultural products is worth thinking and exploring. As a special form of logistics, the cold chain of agricultural products has crossed many industries and departments. In order to ensure the quality of cold-chain agricultural products, in order to ensure the quality of cold-chain agricultural products, the following is based on the actual situation of cold-chain logistics of agricultural products in Jilin Province, represented by fruits and vegetables. The whole life cycle process of fruit and vegetable products from picking up to reaching the customer is analyzed emphatically. Combining with the characteristics of cold chain logistics of agricultural products, the feasibility and necessity of the application of Internet of things technology are expounded. Then it puts forward the application framework of Internet of things which is suitable for the development of cold-chain logistics enterprises. The purpose is to build a systematic and operable IOT architecture system for enterprises and the application of IOT technology in cold-chain logistics of agricultural products. Is based on the three-tier architecture of the Internet of things, according to the characteristics of cold-chain logistics, which has an important role in the integration of modules and technologies. In the application service layer, according to the application needs of different. The main body of cold chain logistics of agricultural products is divided into three categories, that is, the relevant government departments, cold chain enterprises and consumers for demand analysis. In the information perception layer, picking, freezing processing, distribution. The information needed in the sales process, using radio frequency technology, sensor technology and video surveillance technology for the whole process of fresh agricultural products tracking and monitoring. Relevant government departments and consumers can trace the product information of each stage, cold-chain enterprises can get the information of each stage of the cold chain in time, carry on the responsibility division and improve the operation efficiency. We combine the wired and wireless network transmission mode, will transmit the data to the cold chain enterprise server and the government supervision department's Internet of things application platform record, realizes the information to share in time and reduces the information asymmetry. Make the whole cold chain flow transparent.
