【摘要】：中國(guó)加入WTO后,經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展帶動(dòng)了物流業(yè)的發(fā)展,而物流成本偏高一直是物流業(yè)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),追根溯源是物流技術(shù)和經(jīng)營(yíng)觀念落后所致。配送中心作為物流系統(tǒng)的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),主要為最末端的客戶提供服務(wù),既要滿足客戶多樣化的需求,提高客戶服務(wù)水平,又要降低物流成本。因此,建立一個(gè)合適的配送中心是發(fā)展物流業(yè)的根本,而配送中心的選址就成了首要問(wèn)題。企業(yè)配送中心的選址地點(diǎn)一經(jīng)確定,將對(duì)企業(yè)順利開(kāi)展配送工作起著重大而深遠(yuǎn)的影響,因而研究配送中心的選址具有很大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。本文以華潤(rùn)(武漢)公司作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)實(shí)際運(yùn)作情況進(jìn)行深入分析,在分析的過(guò)程中,運(yùn)用物流專業(yè)知識(shí)和相關(guān)理論,重點(diǎn)研究在充分考慮各種影響因素的情況下,來(lái)解決華潤(rùn)公司全國(guó)配送中心選址這一實(shí)際問(wèn)題,從而為華潤(rùn)公司構(gòu)建一個(gè)高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的配送體系。本文研究的目的旨在為華潤(rùn)雪花啤酒有限公司建立一個(gè)合理的配送網(wǎng)路,提高配送效率,降低配送費(fèi)用,提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量,使配送中心發(fā)揮其最大效能。本文首先分析國(guó)內(nèi)外配送中心選址的現(xiàn)狀；其次對(duì)配送中心的概念、地位、功能、原則和影響因素進(jìn)行了分析闡述；接著以武漢華潤(rùn)公司為例,從實(shí)際情況出發(fā),分析了該公司的現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題和建立配送中心的必要性；此后又采用加權(quán)評(píng)分法和歐幾里德模型法,對(duì)選址的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析計(jì)算,最終得出了華潤(rùn)公司配送中心選址的合適方案。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, the rapid development of economy has driven the development of logistics industry, and the high logistics cost has always been the focus of the logistics industry. As an important node of logistics system, distribution center mainly provides services for the most terminal customers, which should meet the diverse needs of customers. To improve the level of customer service, but also to reduce the cost of logistics. Therefore, the establishment of a suitable distribution center is the basis for the development of logistics industry. The location of the distribution center has become the primary issue. Once the location of the distribution center is determined, it will have a significant and far-reaching impact on the smooth development of the distribution work. Therefore, it is of great practical and economic significance to study the location of distribution center. This paper takes China Resources (Wuhan) Company as the object of study, deeply analyzes the actual operation, in the process of analysis. Using logistics expertise and relevant theory, the focus of the study on the full consideration of a variety of factors to solve China Resources National Distribution Center location of the actual problem. The purpose of this paper is to establish a reasonable distribution network for China Resources Snow Beer Co., Ltd., to improve distribution efficiency and reduce distribution costs. Improve the service quality, make the distribution center give full play to its maximum efficiency. Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of distribution center location at home and abroad; Secondly, the concept, status, function, principle and influencing factors of distribution center are analyzed and expounded. Then take Wuhan China Resources Company as an example, from the actual situation, analyzes the current situation of the company, problems and the necessity of establishing distribution center; After that, the weighted scoring method and Euclidean model are used to analyze and calculate the relevant data of location selection, and finally the suitable scheme of distribution center location of China Resources Corporation is obtained.
