【摘要】：資源短缺、生態(tài)環(huán)境污染都日益嚴(yán)重，每一次的新聞報(bào)道及親身經(jīng)歷都牽動(dòng)著公眾的心。尤其是環(huán)保主義者，開(kāi)始強(qiáng)烈呼吁企業(yè)和政府付諸行動(dòng)來(lái)改善我們賴以生存的環(huán)境。 與生態(tài)環(huán)保息息相關(guān)的廢棄物品的處理不僅引起了社會(huì)公眾的關(guān)注，同時(shí)，也讓許多企業(yè)從中尋到了商機(jī)。廢棄物品的逆向運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)始成為商界熱議的話題。一方面，廢棄物品的回收再利用實(shí)現(xiàn)了資源的二次甚至多次使用，提高了資源利用率，減少了資源的浪費(fèi)與消耗，提高了社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益；另一方面，它為新市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)辟提供了機(jī)會(huì)，若將這一活動(dòng)獨(dú)立出來(lái)，就可以形成一個(gè)蘊(yùn)含巨大商機(jī)的新市場(chǎng)。環(huán)保政策的出臺(tái)，以及潛在利潤(rùn)的吸引，使得市場(chǎng)上陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)了許多第三方逆向物流企業(yè)。 第三方逆向物流企業(yè)相對(duì)于自營(yíng)逆向物流來(lái)說(shuō)有很多優(yōu)勢(shì)，一方面，逆向物流外包在一定程度上可以降低企業(yè)自身的運(yùn)作成本及運(yùn)作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，另一方面，第三方逆向物流企業(yè)還可以為客戶提供專業(yè)化、系統(tǒng)化的服務(wù)。但其本身的發(fā)展還具有一定的局限性，在逆向物流各部分環(huán)節(jié)的運(yùn)作中信息交流不夠密切，對(duì)于人財(cái)物等資源的利用率尚且不足。2009年，物聯(lián)網(wǎng)作為國(guó)家五大戰(zhàn)略性新產(chǎn)業(yè)之一被列入政府工作報(bào)告，成為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與科技發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略。若將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)引入企業(yè)，會(huì)增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的信息溝通，簡(jiǎn)化業(yè)務(wù)操作流程，對(duì)于客戶需求信息的挖掘、廢棄物品的回收效率、物品的拆解分類、及倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理等，都有極大的提升作用，從而大大提高企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率。 本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析及新聞閱覽等方式，對(duì)第三方進(jìn)入逆向物流的可行性及運(yùn)作中存在的障礙等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析，并基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)這一新視角提出了對(duì)于這些問(wèn)題的改善作用。在此基礎(chǔ)上遵循指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)的原則建立了第三方逆向物流企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)效率的評(píng)價(jià)體系，，并運(yùn)用層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)選取的樣本企業(yè)在使用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)前后運(yùn)營(yíng)效率的變化進(jìn)行了分析，驗(yàn)證了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)對(duì)于改善和提升第三方逆向物流企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)的作用。
[Abstract]:With the shortage of resources and the increasing pollution of the ecological environment, every news report and personal experience affect the public heart, especially the environmentalists. There is a strong call for business and government to act to improve the environment on which we live. The disposal of waste materials, which is closely related to ecological environmental protection, has not only attracted the attention of the public, but also caused the attention of the public. The reverse movement of waste materials has become a hot topic in the business community. On the one hand, the recycling of waste materials has realized the second or even multiple use of resources. The utilization ratio of resources is improved, the waste and consumption of resources are reduced, and the social and economic benefits are improved. On the other hand, it provides the opportunity to open up new market, if this activity is independent, it can form a new market with huge business opportunities, the introduction of environmental protection policy, and the attraction of potential profits. Make the market appeared in succession a lot of third-party reverse logistics enterprises. Third-party reverse logistics enterprises have many advantages over self-owned reverse logistics. On the one hand, reverse logistics outsourcing can reduce the operating costs and operational risks of enterprises to a certain extent, on the other hand. Third-party reverse logistics enterprises can also provide professional and systematic services for customers, but their own development also has some limitations, in the reverse logistics parts of the operation of information exchange is not close enough. In 2009, as one of the five strategic new industries, the Internet of things was included in the government work report. If the Internet of things technology is introduced into the enterprise, it will enhance the information communication in the system, simplify the business operation process, and excavate the customer demand information. The recovery efficiency of waste goods, the disassembly and classification of articles, and the storage management all have a great role in improving the operation efficiency of enterprises. Through literature analysis and news reading, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the entry of the third party into reverse logistics and the obstacles in the operation. Based on the new perspective of Internet of things, the paper puts forward the improvement of these problems, and establishes the evaluation system of the operational efficiency of third-party reverse logistics enterprises based on the principle of index system design. And use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the change of operation efficiency of selected sample enterprises before and after using Internet of things technology. Verify the effect of Internet of things technology on improving and improving the operation of third party reverse logistics enterprises.
