【摘要】：棉花作為關(guān)系國(guó)計(jì)民生的重要戰(zhàn)略物資,其種植、生產(chǎn)、流通等各環(huán)節(jié)的運(yùn)行效率對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展均產(chǎn)生重要影響。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)我國(guó)棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展重生產(chǎn)輕流通,行業(yè)整體效率低下。棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、裝卸、運(yùn)輸?shù)任锪鳝h(huán)節(jié)一直處于較為落后的狀態(tài),特別是棉花物流信息化管理嚴(yán)重滯后于社會(huì)發(fā)展的平均水平,制約了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈相關(guān)部分協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。本文以中棉集團(tuán)所屬物流園的信息平臺(tái)建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,以中棉集團(tuán)山東物流園為示范點(diǎn),全面分析闡述了我國(guó)棉花倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流典型企業(yè)信息平臺(tái)的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)。整個(gè)信息平臺(tái)建設(shè)研究從對(duì)試點(diǎn)企業(yè)山東物流園的實(shí)際經(jīng)營(yíng)管理情況的詳細(xì)調(diào)研分析入手,整理出系統(tǒng)功能需求。針對(duì)企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)實(shí)際和未來(lái)發(fā)展需要,結(jié)合中棉集團(tuán)物流管理發(fā)展情況,分社會(huì)、企業(yè)、集團(tuán)三個(gè)層面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)功能規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí),對(duì)信息平臺(tái)硬件配套、系統(tǒng)安全體系建設(shè)、人員配備、制度建設(shè)、投資估算等多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析和設(shè)計(jì),從而構(gòu)建起一套非常完整的信息平臺(tái)建設(shè)方案。針對(duì)中棉集團(tuán)山東物流園信息平臺(tái)建設(shè)的研究,不僅形成了較為完整的棉花物流園信息化建設(shè)思路及實(shí)施方案,而且對(duì)中棉集團(tuán)所屬其它倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流企業(yè)的信息化改造起到了很好的指導(dǎo)作用,同時(shí)也對(duì)中棉集團(tuán)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的整合發(fā)展打下了良好的信息化管理基礎(chǔ),必將對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)棉花倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流企業(yè)信息化管理水平的全面提升、加快企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展產(chǎn)生積極和深遠(yuǎn)的影響。
[Abstract]:Cotton, as an important strategic material related to the national economy and people's livelihood, is planted and produced. Circulation and other links of the operational efficiency of the national economy have an important impact on the development of China's cotton industry for a long time, production light circulation, the industry as a whole low efficiency, storage in the cotton industry chain, loading and unloading. Transportation and other logistics links have been in a relatively backward state, especially cotton logistics information management seriously lag behind the average level of social development. Restrict the coordinated development of the relevant parts of the industrial chain. This paper takes the information platform construction of the logistics park affiliated to China Cotton Group as the research object and the Shandong Logistics Park of China Cotton Group as the demonstration point. The planning of typical enterprise information platform of cotton warehousing logistics in China is analyzed comprehensively. Design and construction. The whole information platform construction research from the pilot enterprise Shandong logistics park management of the actual situation of the detailed investigation and analysis. Sorting out the system functional requirements. In view of the actual business operation and future development needs, combined with the development of logistics management in China Cotton Group, three levels of social, enterprise, group planning and design. At the same time. The hardware of the information platform, system security system construction, staffing, system construction, investment estimation and other aspects of the detailed analysis and design. In order to build a set of very complete information platform construction program. For China Cotton Group Shandong Logistics Park information platform construction research, not only formed a more complete cotton logistics park information construction ideas and implementation plan. Moreover, it plays a good guiding role in the informatization transformation of other warehouse logistics enterprises belonging to China Cotton Group, and also lays a good information management foundation for the integration and development of the logistics industry of China Cotton Group. It will certainly have a positive and far-reaching influence on promoting the level of information management of cotton warehousing logistics enterprises in China and speeding up the transformation and development of enterprises.
