【摘要】：“民以食為天,食以糧為先”,糧食是人類生存的第一要素,首先與人的生命與健康密切相關,更關系著國家的發(fā)展和長治永安,居國家生存與安全三大支柱之首,其重要性遠在軍事、能源之上,是事關民眾、事關國家的天下大事。中國從古至今都是一個人口大國,也就決定著中國也必然是一個糧食生產(chǎn)大國。從古至今每次朝代的更迭無一不是糧食的缺乏導致的,因此歷朝歷代的執(zhí)政者都把糧食生產(chǎn)擺在首要地位。故有古人云：“五谷者,萬民之命,國之重寶”。中國一方面是糧食生產(chǎn)大國,另一方面由于人口眾多,又是一個糧食消費大國。糧食安全能否得到有效保障,決定了國家能否長治久安,經(jīng)濟能否持續(xù)增長。隨著經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,快速發(fā)展糧食物流行業(yè)成為保障地方糧食安全的最有效措施之一。而從我國糧食物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀來看,距離國際先進的現(xiàn)代化糧食物流差距仍然不小。因此,大力發(fā)展糧食物流業(yè)勢在必行。本文就是在這樣的背景下,在充分了解國內外目前糧食物流行業(yè)結構、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢的基礎上,結合鄂爾多斯市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展及糧食生產(chǎn)、消費實際情況,針對鄂爾多斯市糧食物流中心的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展環(huán)境、內部條件及存在問題進行全面、典型的分析,其中運用SWOT分析方法進行了科學的研究,最終落腳到鄂爾多斯市糧食物流中心的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位及實現(xiàn)這一戰(zhàn)略所需要采取的措施上。通過明確鄂爾多斯市糧食物流中心的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以期實現(xiàn)企業(yè)真正走向市場,發(fā)展壯大,逐步成為自主經(jīng)營、持續(xù)發(fā)展的中國西部糧食行業(yè)領跑者。

With the development of economy, the rapid development of grain logistics industry has become one of the most effective measures to protect local food security. From the current development status of grain logistics in China, from the international advanced modern grain logistics gap is still not small. Therefore, vigorously develop the grain logistics industry is imperative in this paper. In this context, in the full understanding of the domestic and foreign present grain logistics industry structure, based on the present situation and development trend, combined with economic development and food production Erdos City, the actual situation of consumption, for the development of the current situation, Ordos grain logistics center development environment, internal conditions and problems of comprehensive, typical analysis, including this paper uses SWOT analysis method of scientific research, eventually settled into the development strategy of Erdos grain logistics center location and realize this First, we need to take measures for the strategy. We should clarify the development strategy of the grain logistics center of Ordos City, in order to achieve the real market development and growth of enterprises, and gradually become a leader in the Western China's grain industry.
