【摘要】：眾所周知,公共交通具有載運量大、人均能耗小、人均道路使用率高、人均污染小等優(yōu)點,優(yōu)先發(fā)展城市公交是解決當前城市交通擁擠、空氣污染的良好措施。對于從事公交供給的公交公司,公交調度計劃是其運營生產的重要依據,公交調度計劃一般包括4個基本過程,線網設計,時刻表編制,行車計劃編制,司售人員排班。公交車輛行車計劃的科學編制是公交車輛運營調度的核心內容之一是整個公交公司車輛運作的基本指導,是進行實時調度的依據,其編制及優(yōu)化是否合理,直接影響企業(yè)的生產效率、經濟效益和服務質量。此問題一直是運籌學、組合數學、圖論、計算機應用、網絡分析、物流學等學科專家以及行車計劃制定者和管理者極為重視的問題。傳統(tǒng)的單線行車模式是一種低效益的模式,致使政府對公交補貼常年居高不下。而區(qū)域公交行車模式使人員和車輛面向多條線路進行統(tǒng)一配置,它可以利用客流在空間和時間上的不平衡性優(yōu)化運力資源的利用,被廣泛認為是一種能夠發(fā)揮規(guī)模效應的先進模式,已經漸成為當今城市公交發(fā)展趨勢之一。國內目前關于公交行車計劃編制的仍需進一步深入研究,如何高效、快速地編制公交行車計劃,是困擾公交公司的一個重要難題。隨著公眾節(jié)約能源和環(huán)境保護意識的增強以及國家“綠色交通”戰(zhàn)略的提出,純電動公交車在城市公交車隊中從無到有,并且所占比重穩(wěn)步提升。鑒于電動公交車行駛里程的限制和充電時長限制,為促進純電動公交車規(guī)�；\營,針對純電動公交車存在的現(xiàn)實約束,進行行車計劃編制問題的研究十分迫切。文章首先對國內外區(qū)域行車計劃編制問題的研究發(fā)展進行了綜述,分析了行車計劃編制的不同類型。在時空網絡下,以純電動車作為公共交通工具,統(tǒng)籌考慮所需車輛數、空駛時間、等待時間,且通過轉化為費用,使多目標轉化為單位統(tǒng)一的單目標問題,考慮純電動公交車行駛里程限制、充電時間約束、車場容量等約束,建立以車次鏈為變量的集合分割模型。區(qū)域多車場行車計劃被證明為NP難問題,啟發(fā)式或者智能算法成為求解此種問題的主流。文章應用遺傳算法,用matlab語言程序對模型進行求解,求得編制周期內的車輛行車計劃。結合某市的公交時刻表,對模型應用進行分析探討,驗證了模型和算法具有很好的實用價值,為純電動公交車的規(guī)�；瘧煤蛥^(qū)域行車模式的推廣做了必要的理論和技術鋪墊。
[Abstract]:As everyone knows, the public traffic is carrying a large amount, per capita energy consumption, per capita road utilization rate is high, has the advantages of low pollution per capita, giving priority to the development of city bus is to solve the city traffic congestion, good measures of air pollution. For the supply of public transportation bus company, bus scheduling plan is an important basis for the production operation, bus scheduling the plan includes 4 basic processes, line network design, time table, vehicle scheduling, crew scheduling. Transit vehicle plan scientific establishment is one of the core contents of public transport scheduling is the basic guidance for the operation of the vehicle bus company, is the basis of real-time scheduling, the compilation and optimization is reasonable. Directly affect the enterprise production efficiency, economic benefit and quality of service. This issue has been operational research, combinatorics, graph theory, computer applications, network analysis, logistics Experts and traffic planners and managers attach great importance to the problem. The traditional mode of single lane is a low efficiency mode, resulting in the government of the bus and perennial high subsidies. Regional bus traffic patterns to personnel and vehicles of unified configuration for multi line, which can be used by the passenger flow in space and time the imbalance of the optimization of transport resources, is widely regarded as an advanced model to play a scale effect, has gradually become one of the city's public transportation development trend. At present on the bus scheduling is still need further study, how to efficiently and quickly developed public transport plan is an important and difficult problem by the bus company. With the enhancement of public awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection as well as the national "green transportation" strategy, the pure electric bus in the city From the city bus fleet, and the proportion has increased steadily. In view of the mileage of electric bus restrictions and charge time limit, for the promotion of pure electric bus operators scale, according to the realistic constraints of pure electric bus, the research of vehicle scheduling problem is very urgent. Firstly, research and development of domestic and foreign regional traffic planning staffing issues were reviewed, analyzed the different types of traffic planning. In the time-space network, YISHION electric vehicle as public transport, and consider the required number of vehicles, empty time, waiting time, and through the transformation cost, the multi-objective was transformed into single objective problem unit, consider pure electric the bus mileage limit, charging time constraints, yard capacity constraints, to establish chain variable partition number model. Regional multi vehicle driving plan by field That is a NP hard problem, a heuristic intelligent algorithm has become the mainstream or solve this kind problem. The application of genetic algorithm to solve the model using MATLAB language program, the preparation period of traffic plan. According to a city bus timetable, discussed the application of the model, the proposed model and algorithm has very good practical the value of the theoretical and technical base necessary for the promotion of large-scale applications and the driving mode of the electric bus.
