【摘要】：自19世紀(jì)以來(lái),隨著工業(yè)化和城市化的發(fā)展,人類逐步走向經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,各國(guó)對(duì)進(jìn)出口發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的導(dǎo)向促進(jìn)了沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,一批新的港口和港口城市不斷涌現(xiàn)。港口和城市的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,通過(guò)整合港口和城市的優(yōu)勢(shì)資源,把港口城市與港口進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)融合,使其工業(yè)、商貿(mào)、物流、服務(wù)業(yè)等行業(yè)相互滲透,互為補(bǔ)充,實(shí)現(xiàn)港口及周邊城市在空間位置、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、文化繁榮等方面的綜合協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,達(dá)到體現(xiàn)出港城一體化發(fā)展的格局。嵐山區(qū)自設(shè)區(qū)以來(lái),借助港口優(yōu)勢(shì),加快臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速。目前,嵐山區(qū)的總體發(fā)展方向和功能分區(qū)架構(gòu)已經(jīng)確立,城市服務(wù)功能和基礎(chǔ)實(shí)力初步奠定,但是隨著時(shí)間的推移,嵐山區(qū)的發(fā)展進(jìn)入了瓶頸期。對(duì)嵐山區(qū)來(lái)說(shuō),港城一體化發(fā)展模式是探索其發(fā)展的重要出路。同時(shí),嵐山區(qū)的實(shí)例只是我國(guó)沿海城市的一個(gè)典型,從嵐山區(qū)的案例中,我國(guó)其他的沿海城市能夠吸收并利用其中的經(jīng)驗(yàn),從而推動(dòng)我國(guó)其他沿海城市港城一體化的發(fā)展。本文系統(tǒng)地研究了港城一體化發(fā)展理論,分析了鹿特丹市、青島市港城一體化發(fā)展實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。詳細(xì)闡述了嵐山區(qū)港城一體化發(fā)展的演變過(guò)程及現(xiàn)狀。運(yùn)用PEST分析法、SWOT分析法對(duì)嵐山區(qū)港城一體化發(fā)展所面臨的優(yōu)勢(shì)及挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行深入地分析;從而提出嵐山區(qū)港城一體化發(fā)展的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和實(shí)現(xiàn)港城一體化發(fā)展的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Since 19th century, with the development of industrialization and urbanization, human beings have gradually moved towards economic globalization, and the development strategy of import and export has promoted the development of coastal economy. A number of new ports and port cities have been emerging. The inherent links between ports and cities, through the integration of port and city's superior resources, port city and port industry integration, so as to make its industry, trade, logistics. The service industry and other industries permeate and complement each other to realize the comprehensive coordination mechanism of the port and surrounding cities in the spatial position, industrial structure, economic development, cultural prosperity and so on. Since Lanshan District set up its own area, with the help of the advantages of the port, accelerate the development of the port industry, the economic development is rapid. The overall development direction and functional zoning structure of Lanshan area have been established, and the urban service function and basic strength have been preliminarily laid down, but with the passage of time, the development of Lanshan area has entered a bottleneck period. The integrated development model of port and city is an important way to explore its development. At the same time, the example of Lanshan area is only a typical example of coastal cities in China, from the case of Lanshan area. Other coastal cities in China can absorb and make use of the experience so as to promote the development of port and city integration in other coastal cities of China. This paper systematically studies the development theory of port and city integration and analyzes Lutedan city. The paper expounds the evolution process and present situation of the integration development of port and city in Lanshan area, and applies PEST analysis method. The advantages and challenges faced by the integrated development of the port and city in Lanshan area are analyzed by SWOT analysis method. The development strategy of port and city integration in Lanshan area and the safeguard measures to realize it are put forward.
