【摘要】:全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化為世界各國(guó)的發(fā)展提供了新的契機(jī),物流業(yè)作為一項(xiàng)新興產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為促進(jìn)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的第三利潤(rùn)源泉。到了21世紀(jì),我國(guó)外部的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境有了不斷改善的同時(shí),內(nèi)部宏觀調(diào)控政策也繼續(xù)發(fā)揮了有效作用。我國(guó)物流企業(yè)便獲得了良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,并取得了巨大的進(jìn)步,服務(wù)體系得到日益完善和規(guī)范。物流企業(yè)在其長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展過(guò)程中應(yīng)該充分重視和重點(diǎn)解決的重要問(wèn)題就是績(jī)效管理。對(duì)于物流企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),提高其績(jī)效管理質(zhì)量及效率,為物流企業(yè)提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有非常重要的實(shí)際與理論意義。本文首先闡述了平衡計(jì)分卡和績(jī)效管理相關(guān)概述。然后,以TY公司為例,從發(fā)展歷程、組織結(jié)構(gòu)和人力資源三個(gè)方面簡(jiǎn)單介紹TY公司。緊接著,描述了TY公司目前績(jī)效管理現(xiàn)狀并采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法進(jìn)行績(jī)效管理問(wèn)題分析。然后從SWOT分析、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和戰(zhàn)略地圖三個(gè)方面為該企業(yè)從平衡計(jì)分卡四個(gè)維度制定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。進(jìn)而,從平衡計(jì)分卡的四個(gè)維度選取了適合企業(yè)實(shí)際情況的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),運(yùn)用層次分析法算出各層面具體指標(biāo)權(quán)重。從公司層面、部門層面以及員工層面三個(gè)層面構(gòu)成TY公司的績(jī)效管理體系,并對(duì)其體系進(jìn)行了實(shí)施流程的簡(jiǎn)單介紹。最后闡述了TY公司運(yùn)用平衡計(jì)分卡進(jìn)行績(jī)效管理的實(shí)施保障措施,以確保平衡計(jì)分卡能在TY公司的績(jī)效管理方面順利進(jìn)行。最后,全文的結(jié)論部分主要有三點(diǎn):平衡計(jì)分卡有助于物流公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn);引入平衡計(jì)分卡會(huì)使公司績(jī)效管理指標(biāo)體系更加全面和系統(tǒng);部門和員工層面績(jī)效指標(biāo)是構(gòu)成整個(gè)平衡計(jì)分卡績(jī)效管理體系必不可少的部分。TY公司運(yùn)用平衡計(jì)分卡完善績(jī)效管理體系為物流企業(yè)在改善績(jī)效管理方面提供了新的研究方向,為績(jī)效管理體系對(duì)于企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)充分發(fā)揮了指導(dǎo)作用,同時(shí)對(duì)其他物流企業(yè)在績(jī)效管理中運(yùn)用平衡計(jì)分卡提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Provides a new opportunity for the development of global economic integration in the world, the logistics industry as an emerging industry has become the third profit source to promote the rapid development of the world economy. By twenty-first Century, China's external economic environment with continuous improvement at the same time, the internal policy of macroscopical adjusting control also continues to play an effective role in China. The logistics enterprises will get good opportunities for development, and has made tremendous progress, service system has been increasingly improved and standardized. The logistics enterprises in the long-term development process should focus on solving the important problems and pay attention to the performance management for logistics enterprises, improve the quality and efficiency of performance management, improve the core competitiveness logistics enterprise has very important practical and theoretical significance. This paper first describes the Balanced Scorecard performance management and related overview. Then, taking TY company as an example, from The development process, the three aspects of organization structure and human resource brief introduction of TY company. Then, describes the current situation of performance management of TY company and using a questionnaire to the performance management problem analysis. Then SWOT analysis from three aspects, strategic objectives and strategic map for the enterprises from the four dimensions of the balanced Scorecard for based on the development of evaluation index. Then, from the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard evaluation indicators were selected for the actual situation of the enterprise, using AHP to calculate the index weight. The level of concrete from the company level, three levels of departmental level and staff level of TY company's performance management system, and the system is simple this paper introduces the implementation of the process. Finally, the TY company using the Balanced Scorecard Measures to ensure the implementation of performance management, to ensure the Balanced Scorecard performance management in TY company face Smoothly. Finally, the conclusion of this thesis has three main points: Balanced Scorecard helps the strategic goal of logistics company; the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard performance management index system will make the company more comprehensive and systematic; the departments and staff level performance index is a part of the whole.TY balanced scorecard is an essential performance management system using the Balanced Scorecard to improve the performance management system for logistics enterprises in the improvement of performance management provides a new research direction, for the performance management system for enterprises to achieve strategic goals and give full play to the guiding role of other logistics enterprises use balanced scorecard in the performance management card provides a reference.
