領導用人的“方”、“圓”藝術

【摘要】:正 領導用人有方圓之分。“方”指用人的原則性,包括用人的規(guī)范和范圍;“圓”指用人的靈活性,包括用人的技巧和策略。前者是用人的內在要求;后者是用人的藝術形式。領導用人的方圓藝術即“方”與“圓”的辯證統(tǒng)一,也即原則性與靈活性的有機結合。如果方圓分離,則用人效果會明顯降低。領導過于求“方”,可能有“迂腐”之嫌,會導致下級與群眾敬而遠之;過于求“圓”,則會有“圓滑”之嫌,雖然可能會一團和氣,但是由于缺乏競爭而難有大的貢獻。兩者的結果都是沒有用好人,沒有發(fā)揮人才的最大效益,都是領導不
[Abstract]:The leaders are divided into square circles. "square" refers to the principle of employment, including the norms and scope of employment; "circle" refers to the flexibility of employment, including skills and strategies. The former is the internal requirement of employing; the latter is the artistic form of employing. The art of "square" and "circle" is the dialectical unity of "square" and "circle", that is, the organic combination of principle and flexibility. If the square circle is separated, then the effectiveness of the personnel will be significantly reduced. If the leadership is too "pedantic", it may be "pedantic", which will lead to a distance from the masses; if it is too "round," it will be "smooth". Although it may be nice, it is difficult to make a great contribution due to the lack of competition. The result of both is that there is no good use of good people and the greatest benefits of talents are not brought into play.
