【摘要】：本文闡述了ISO 14001:2015版環(huán)境管理體系標準中有關(guān)"領(lǐng)導作用"的要求,并論述了最高管理者在管理體系實施中的關(guān)鍵作用。包括:制定戰(zhàn)略,建立環(huán)境方針和環(huán)境目標,分配職責和權(quán)限,提供資源,確保體系的實施融入其業(yè)務(wù)過程,確保環(huán)境管理體系的有效性等。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the requirements of "leadership" in the ISO 14001 / 2015 environmental management system standard, and discusses the key role of the top managers in the implementation of the management system. These include formulating strategies, establishing environmental policies and objectives, assigning responsibilities and competencies, providing resources, ensuring that the implementation of the system is integrated into its business processes, and ensuring the effectiveness of the environmental management system, etc.
