【摘要】：正 “依法治國(guó),建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家”已經(jīng)被黨的十五大確立為治國(guó)的基本方略。實(shí)施依法治國(guó),需要全社會(huì)各行各業(yè)的工作都依法治理,而依法治理又有賴于各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的率先垂范,因此,依法治國(guó),建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部應(yīng)首先樹(shù)立法制觀念和法治意識(shí),養(yǎng)成“依法辦事、依法管理”的良好習(xí)慣。然而,由于歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)的諸多原因,一些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部至今仍然存在一些與依法治國(guó)思想不夠合拍、甚至格格不入的消極思想,并且自覺(jué)不自覺(jué)地在實(shí)際工作中
[Abstract]:"ruling the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law" has been established as the basic strategy of ruling the country by the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC). The implementation of ruling the country according to law requires the work of various trades in the whole society to be governed according to law, and the administration by law depends on leading cadres at all levels to lead the way. Therefore, ruling the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law are necessary. Leading cadres should first establish the concept of legal system and consciousness of rule of law, and form a good habit of "handling affairs according to law and managing them according to law". However, due to many historical and realistic reasons, some leading cadres still have some negative thoughts that are not in keeping with the idea of ruling the country according to law or even fall out of line with the law, and whether they are consciously involved in the actual work.
