【摘要】:正人的情緒具有傳染性,特別是焦躁、煩悶、低落等消極情緒,傳播速度較快。一旦消極情緒成為整個(gè)組織內(nèi)部絕大多數(shù)人共有的情緒,就會(huì)消耗整個(gè)組織的凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者是整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的核心人物,對(duì)組織情緒的形成負(fù)有不可推卸的引領(lǐng)責(zé)任。規(guī)避消極的組織情緒,營(yíng)建積極的組織情緒,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者責(zé)無(wú)旁貸。分析消極
[Abstract]:Positive people's emotions are contagious, especially irritability, boredom, depression and other negative emotions, spread faster. Once negative emotion becomes the emotion shared by most people in the whole organization, it will consume the cohesion and fighting power of the whole organization.
