【摘要】：以不確定性信息的數(shù)學(xué)處理理論即不確定性數(shù)學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ) ,闡述了專家意見的不確定性量化法 ,進而創(chuàng)立了不確定性決策模型 .最后通過舉例 ,詳細地演示了不確定性決策模型的建立過程 .
[Abstract]:Based on the mathematical processing theory of uncertain information, the uncertainty quantification method of expert opinion is expounded, and the uncertainty decision model is established. Finally, the establishment process of uncertain decision model is demonstrated in detail by an example.
