【摘要】：正有一個(gè)機(jī)關(guān)干部,在40歲剛出頭的時(shí)候,就被提拔為正處級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部,而且還是一個(gè)地方的"一把手"。因此,在一次同學(xué)聚會(huì)上,其他很多同學(xué)都向他表示祝賀,說(shuō)他是全班"進(jìn)步"最快的一個(gè),將來(lái)一定會(huì)大有前途。吃飯的時(shí)候,在大家的恭讓之下,這個(gè)同學(xué)也理所當(dāng)然地坐在了最上席的位子。而同樣是公務(wù)員,至今卻連"副科"都沒(méi)有達(dá)到
